Bad product, terrible customer service.
My chocolate arrived with bloom. Customer service said it was my fault for not choosing the $100 next day shipping option. The option box clearly advises to choose this option if degrees are over 70F. I ordered during the ice storm at about 0-13F. When I told them this they then said I needed to contact them within 24 hours. Lastly, i purchased a 5.5lb bag on 1-29-26, it expires on 3-9-26. So for all this, I'm getting an almost expired product with customer service that is refusing to offer ANY concessions, not even a discount code.

Great selection of specialty items.
Great selection of items you can't find other places or only wholesale. Fair prices and gives promo codes. I really like pastrydepot.com. Only wish they shipped some other items like the Ravifruit which has been hard to find locally.

Excellent customer service!
I used Pastry Depot for the first time a few days ago and was impressed by the level of customer service I received. Joannalee and Sara as well as the rest of the team, made my experience so great! They answered my questions promptly, even outside of business hours, helped with my order when I was not well and provided a level of service seldom seen these days. I will be forever their customer and highly recommend them. Kudos to the whole team!

I'm incredibly grateful to have discovered a reliable distributor for high-quality couverture chocolate, as it is notoriously difficult to find. Pastry Depot has made the process so easy and enjoyable. They ship orders promptly, and it's clear they take extra care to ensure each package arrives in perfect condition, which is something I truly appreciate.I bake regularly for the farmer's market, so quality ingredients are essential to my products. Using callebaut chocolate from Pastry Depot has made a noticeable difference compared to what I can buy at a regular grocery store. The higher fat cocoa content in couverture chocolate is especially noticeable when used in applications like sprinkling over tiramisu–--- it creates a smooth, creamy texture that grocery store brands simply can't match. In comparison, lower-fat chocolates like Hershey's can feel dry and tacky, while the Cacao Barry nature I use is rich, velvety, and melts beautifully.When making chocolate icing or brownies, the difference is even more pronounced. The flavor is deeper, richer, and far more satisfying, and it gives my baked goods a professional touch that customers consistently comment on. It's rare to find a product that elevates both the texture and tast in such a noticeable way.I want to sincerely thank Pastry Depot for providing such an excellent source for couverture chocolate and other exceptional baking products. I paid $50 for overnight shipping and…
I paid $50 for overnight shipping and did not receive the product for 4 days. I reached out to Customer Service to try to cancel when it didn't show up the next day, then reached out again to try to return and get a refund, but still have not been able to get a hold of anyone. No one has responded to any of my emails.
