We couldn't be happier!
We hired Paradise Carpet to do our bathroom remodel. Barbara was very easy to work with. She quickly picked up on what we liked and didn't like and made excellent suggestions. We asked her to pick a carpet for the walk-in closet that is off the bathroom and install it without our seeing it before installation. The carpet she picked was spot-on. The installers showed up when we were told they would, got right to work, and did an excellent job with the demolition and installation. They removed a fiberglass shower insert and created a new beautiful shower in its place, and they replaced the floor tile and tub deck tile. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and Paradise!

I was very happy with the end result of my flooring. My luxury vinyl planks look great. I gave 4 stars because I would have appreciated more help with the stairs. I felt like I had hit a road block with that part of the project and several things were not clear.

Paradise is a rare find. They are a company and individuals who look to help their clients get the right fit for their needs without trying to push you in to something more expensive or the newest fad. The functional and aesthetically pleasing design suggestions are extremely valuable and something you don't find other places. We have used them for counter tops, tiling and carpet flooring in 2 different homes and would never call anyone else!

Excellent products, installation and customer service
The thing about Paradise is they really, really want the customer to be happy -- and I am! Everyone I worked with at Paradise -- owner, sales rep, installers -- was highly competent, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is a very professional operation but one with a friendly, human side. They did a lot of work for us over the course of about four months and went above and beyond to be helpful, even offering assistance with things that weren't their problem. Scheduling around our availability AND choreographing complex series of functions/crews was handled accurately and carefully. Can't say enough about the installers. They were polite and friendly, highly skilled and very conscientious about minimizing the mess during installation, and cleaning up at completion. During product selections, I relied heavily on their knowledge. They were careful to learn my preferences and steered me toward things that would be a good fit, as well as some I would never have considered but which are among my favorites now. This is a great company and I would not hesitate to work with them again.

My experience with Paradise floors was amazing!! Everyone in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased the quartz counter-tops and back-splash for the kitchen, and bamboo floors for both kitchen and dining room from Paradise. We ended up also purchasing new carpeting for the living room and hall. I've lived through a major renovation previously, and I have to say this time was much different! It is amazing what a well organized and professional staff can do to make the process be less chaotic. Barb Davis was supreme, as she coordinated all installation and assisted us in picking 'just the right coordinated pieces to highlight our new Hickory cabinets purchased from Homestead cabinets near Wamego. It truly is now my dream kitchen, thanks to everyone at Paradise. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!
