I attempted to give another chance to this company Padmate…and I bought a new pair of s58 from their website claiming sale for Halloween….i took couple weeks to arrive…and when I put on they sound great till the one on the left started to drain rapidly….in short I’ve been charging them but the left still draining after couple of miniutes, so I contacted the costumer service….but not reply at all…This is very serious as the padmate is falling down….they are scamming people with some good product, but if they are defective …you are hopeless that you have been wasting your money…be aware…they are not serious people on costumer service

Battery lasts one year
I bought the Pamu Slide many years ago and they lasted for one year. Contacted customer support and sent me a new earbud. Lasted months. Silly me I purchased the Pamu slide 2 when they released and to my surprise, they lasted exactly the length of the warranty plus a few weeks (the battery won't last more than 15 minutes). No response from their customer support. Never again!

Worst customer service
Good products, worst customer service possible! I had ordered new eartips worth 0,95 cents. I had to pay shipping costs of $12!! Three weeks passed no package came. Long story short: after sending 14 emails back and forth, my package never arrived and was destroyed for some reason and now there is no response anymore to any emails or contact efforts. Do not risk it!

Shocking customer service ! AVOID
An error whilst browsing created an order that was not intended. I tried chat (unavailable) and emailed several times … no reply. It was a national Chinese holiday. Was told: quote “ I'm sorry that I didn't see the news because of the National Day holiday.The package is currently in transit and there is no way to return it.This product is our new product this year, maybe you can give us a chance to try itBest regardsEdward”Now I’m stuck with a product for which there is no way of returning. My advice AVOID !Edit : 20 days after the mistaken order, the unit hasn’t arrived. Now I actually lost money. Not legitimate company. AVOID !

Used to be a good company, now just garbage
Found them through Indiegogo back in 2019, used to be so good. Good quality, long lasting battery. I wanted to change pamu slide to pamu slide mini because of the smaller case and well.. It's not the same as in 2019. Sound quality is worse and so so many connectivity issues. The bluetooth lady sounds weird. Sad part is that you can't refund it once you've used it. Money down the drain. Not worth it, very sad.

I use Pamu S29.The ANC sound effect are great ,and the case size is small easy to put in the bag to carry out.highly recommended.

i purchase the pamu slide last year and loves it so much. The battery life is awesome and sound quality is superb. And recently i need to get a gift for my buddy and immediately i though of Padmate, so i ordered the mini for my buddy. Same sound quality, just slightly lighter on the battery life. Love it so much

Bought the Pamu Mini Slide. Defect after 8 months. I reported this to the padmate customer service and sent 4 emails in total without any response to this day. Poor quality and a customer service that plays dead until the warranty period has expired: Never again. I can't recommend Padmate.

Bought the Pamu Slide, after a few months one earbud stopped working properly and the case stopped charging. I asked for the guarantee, they send me new me ones for $15. One year later the new case stopped charging again. The guarantee is over, it's my problem now.I loved how they worked, but they lasted so little, I can't recommend it.A friend of mine had the same issue with the case.

Hi, I want to leave a review. Before buying, I wrote to the store's support asking if they would be able to send a gift to my girlfriend in another country (I'm from Spain) and if they would have time to deliver it by Christmas. After waiting 3 days (great support work) and not getting any response, I still decided to make a purchase. After payment, I received a letter that my order is in progress. A day later, however, I received a refund letter, nothing else. On the store page, the status of my order has not changed. Apparently the padmate store does not want to notify the buyer about the reasons for its actions. Well, I wrote myself and received (almost immediately, I didn't even have to wait 3 days, hehe) a letter stating that their system (!) does not allow them to send a package. Waiting for a refund, 0/10.

I enjoyed these headphones at first but…
I enjoyed these headphones at first but now they have failed after 2 years. They do not work and Padmate have been terrible with their customer service, sticking to their 1 year warranty only stance and cheekily saying I can get a good discount on a new paid. Avoid like the plague.

I started with PAMU 3 years
I started with PAMU 3 years ago on Indiegogo. That was a decent earbud back then so I eagerly upgraded to the next and next and next. This current Z1 is the best so far. I like the tight fit and clear sound. The built-in wireless charging is a plus. I don't have a high demand for sound control so the settings in the Z1 app were not a big thing for me but I can see that they would be nice for those who wanted to adjust the sound in more detail.

Great product, amazing price
I bought a pair of pamu slide earbuds about 2 years ago from the Indiegogo campaign. Throughout that time, they have been my go-to earbuds when traveling or when jogging. I had never heard of this brand before I bought them, but the quality is great, the sound is fantastic and they outperform much more expensive earbuds. They stay securely in my ears when I'm running, and the battery life is incredible. Really, I don't need to charge them for a few weeks of use. They pack a huge amount of tech into that product for a price which is, quite frankly, amazing. I did have an issue with them a few weeks ago and I found their tech support to be very helpful and help me to resolve the issue. I have given this company five stars because I don't see what else they could do that is better.

High Specs Earphone with Budget Price Tag
As a proud owner of a Pamu Slide Mini, I make sure they are always in my pocket whenever I go out. I remember there was a time when a stranger walked up to me and ask what earphone brand I'm wearing.I bought mine during their Kickstarter campaign, therefore the delivery took quite a while. I remember the first time I unboxed the product and immediately it gave me the premium feel that I had with some other expensive brands.I like how the wireless earphone fits comfortably in my ears, and they won't even get loosen when I shake my head vigorously. Take note that both my ears have some odd shape, so not every earphone can be fitted.For the sound, I would say they are above average and can be justifiable for the price that I have paid. However, I'm quite surprised their bass can be quite strong and suitable for those who like to listen to pop/dance songs.What I don't like is the connection for the charging case which is not so stable, I always have to adjust a few times before they can be connected.Battery life is ok for me, but it's hard to keep track of both earpieces since it will only have one indicator on my phone.Overall, Padmate has proven that quality sound products don't have to cost you an arm or a leg.

Don't trust their webpage
webpage says no VAT, made order 28/07, confirmation mail at 01/08 so ok since It was weekend, the order flew from china to Vietnam and Japan before Italy.The order should have arrived 06/08 but It got daleayed,and still ok since It have to start from china BUT now it's blocked since customs fee(13€) are not payed(VAT) so i have to pay 22% of the Total price of the earpods for VAT by myself. Surely will never buy again from them.

Lack of quality control
I purchased the PaMu Quiet Mini.Unfortunately I received a damaged device. One earbud had creaking sounds instead of music. PaMu (service) asked me to make a video showing the problem. Fortunately, the problem was clearly audible and PaMu sent me new headphones.But...The newly received headphones also had a issue, but quieter (constant crackling noise in one headphone).PaMu asked me to make another video showing new problem. But the cracking sound was too quiet to record it by the phone. I gave up.The headphones would sound OK, but the number of not working properly devices indicates poor manufacturing and lack of quality control.
