Just got the backpack, excited to use it next month!
I have not been out with my new pack. I did pack it and walk around a bit. It was very comfortable with 20 pounds in it. I was surprised by the difference from my other pack.
Quick processing of my order. Great product. Warm and super light.
Some of the best quality UL products on the market. Definitely hooked to the apparel line. Only gripe I have is that if you have to return a product, the turnaround time for the refund can be quite timely.
Good prices, wide variety. A little slow on shipping
Not impressedProduct is OK, but could easily find cheaper products with similar function on Amazon. For the price, this is not a special product.
I have bought several pieces of gear from OV and completely satisfied. I even had an issue with an order the outside package was marked, correct but hoodie was the wrong size in the package, OV had a replacement hoodie in the mail to me the very next day Great job guys. .
Love your products gained some weight(could use XL wool hoodie see how it fits:) trying again✌️

Excellent products. But you are consistently out of stock of items I would like.
I'm not a svelte person and when WAIR suggested a Large, I accepted it but I thought, and later found out I needed an XL. I then did a quick exchange, which went nicely and am now awaiting the XL to arrive. if I had followed my gut originally this would have been a 5 star review.

Great products. Shockingly poor customer service.I genuinely want to like Outdoor Vitals. Their products are well designed, perform as advertised, and I have spent over $1,000 with them in the last year alone. Unfortunately, their customer service and returns process are among the worst I’ve experienced from a modern direct-to-consumer brand.I made a simple, honest mistake and ordered the wrong size. I realized it immediately and returned the item the same day. The return was delivered to Outdoor Vitals on January 5th. As of today, weeks later, there is no refund, no credit, and no proactive communication.What makes this especially frustrating is the contrast:They have no problem taking your money instantlyBut when it comes time to refund it, suddenly everything slows to a crawlWhen I reached out via chat, I was told returns take 5–10 business days, but during “busy times” they can take 2–3 weeks. That might be understandable if there were empathy, urgency, or any effort to help resolve the issue—especially for a loyal customer trying to reorder the correct size.Instead, the interaction felt transactional and dismissive. No one offered to expedite the return, issue store credit, or even acknowledge the erosion of trust this causes. The tone was essentially: “That’s our process. Anything else?”This was my first return with Outdoor Vitals, and it has seriously damaged my confidence in the company. I made it clear that I wanted the refund so I could immediately reorder the correct size—but that did not matter.Bottom line:Excellent productsNonexistent customer advocacySlow refundsNo sense that customer loyalty matters at allUntil this is resolved, I will not be ordering again or recommending Outdoor Vitals to others, which is unfortunate because the products themselves deserve better support behind them.Outdoor Vitals: if you want to be a premium brand, you need to act like one—especially when something goes wrong.
Easy to navigate shopping process, quick shipping, easy exchange process to dial in the correct size.
Shipping was way too slow.
Order arrived quickly but it was too small, quickly returned it and a replacement was sent immediately. Great customer service.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect size. Within a few hours of notifying the company, the order was updated to the correct size. It was so nice to receive a reply from an actual person! The hoodie arrived quickly and I am super impressed with the quality of the garment. I am more impressed with the customer service! Awesome company!
This company does everything right. Besides amazing products, this company also runs the OV100 Challenge — which, in my opinion, is one of the best events in the hiking industry. But beyond all of that, their customer service is just outstanding! A big shout-out to Dave at this place! It’s more than just a job for him — it’s a passion, and you can really feel it. I would even go so far as to say that the whole OV team works out of passion, not just for a paycheck!
I have bought a few items from Outdoor Vitals recently and I am appreciating each one of them for the high quality, the overall design and the outdoors-oriented features. The folks at OV are laser focused on making gear for those of us who spend time in nature. (I also particularly appreciate the fact that they have tall sizes!)
