I was hesitant at first spending a lot of money on a used dry suit. After reading how the garments and gear were rated, and looking over the gear, I decided to take the chance. After making the payment, I received a prompt receipt, and regular shipping updates. When the suit arrived, the condition was better than described and well packed. I am looking forward to more great deals.

I am EXTREMELY impressed with not only your customer service but the condition of the jacket I ordered and received.The jacket (a NorthFace triclimate jacket) was the only one I could find online. I had previously owned and lost the same jacket a few years ago and loved it so much, I just wanted to get another one. I had no luck finding it until I stumbled upon your website during an internet search. Thankfully you had in stock the exact color and size I was looking for.The jacket arrived in better than described condition. Its condition was labeled as “pristine”. The descriptions of the labels on your website say “pristine” are unused products but without tags. The jacket that arrived is clearly unused, indeed in pristine, like-new condition and even has the tags. It’s perfect!I’d like to thank you for your kind customer service assisting me with a credit to my account for a deeper discount that I accidentally neglected to add to my order and then delivering a product that was so much better than expected!I will be recommending your company to my circle of friends and family.
