Unfortunately i haven’t use ourbus in a couple of months cause they don’t have evening buses like they use to so I had to go to another bus where they had 5 pm n 6pm buses on weekends benefits me oh well hope they come back to evening soon 🤷♀️

Zero policies against individuals having facetime calls on bus and disturbing other passengers. If you value your peace of mind take a pricier option that enforces these rules and prevents these people from acting like main characters.
The driver was driving dangerously fast, refused to put the heat up jn the coldest daynkf the decade and would yell at folks for going to the bathroom.
It was a comfortable ride also drive was really respectful and well educated welcome us for the ride.will ride it again in the future.
Customer service is horrible. They changed my bus and refused to give me a refund, only offering me credit in my OurBus account for less than I originally paid. Do not book with this awful company.

Both buses there and back broke down. We had to change buses. Kids had to wait on the bus, on the highway till otber bus got there. Will never use their services again.
The experience depends on your provider. When you book through the OurBus you book a local company. I used them 2 times. Washington DC-> NY was great. Bus was ok, and it was on time. The second bus, PA-> NY was horrible. The bus never came. I had to wait for 2 hours for the next bus. We called 4 times and they kept telling it was 10 min away every time. Eventually the next scheduled bus came.If you don’t know the actual status of your bus just say and don’t tell that it’s 10 min away.
Booked a ride for 6:15. It is 7:37 as I’m writing this with no bus in sight yet the customer service everytime I call is giving me attitude like IM the one damn near an hour and a half late. And they can’t consistently even tell me an amount of time to wait nor where to wait in the first place (one CS lady said I had to walk around the corner to wait and the internet/app/ a CS man said that I’m in the right place).

What a refreshing experience. I take a bus frequently in and out of NYC. Ourbus consistently provides affordable, clean, and reliable service. The cancellation policy is fair and they're my preferred bus Company of choice.
