80 YEAR OLDS FREEZING AND A DIRTY POOL WITH NO REPAIRMAN
We are in our 80's and were left for a week without heat in the dead of the winter while they waited to have a part made for a 20 year old furnace! Most recently our pool pump quit and we have been a week without service or pump! Our pool is a total mess and I don't know if we'll ever get the water clean! When we contacted them about the slow service, they had the work listed as completed! After calling the contractor they assigned he said he wouldn't work with us! We are extremely dissatisfied!~

The plumber didn't complete the job as the toilet is still running. My tenants do not know what he did, as he was unable to speak English. It should be a requirement to speak English if working in the U.S.

First, the operator I spoke to didn't listened to my concern. I asked for plumber and operator sent an appliance technician. 2nd, when the plumber come to the house, didn't not repair anything. Paid $200 for nothing.

TSC should only apply once per issue
Service has been great so far, but $100 each time is annoying. The electrician could only fix part of our issue, and we needed to call an appliance person to fix the other part. $100 again, still working on the same overall issue. Should not have had to pay another $100 for the same problem.
