Had to have it replaced, as first canvas damaged on the end( corners need reinforcing) second on arrived ok. Pleased with pictures.

Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 canvas prints from this company and one was delivered of an unsatisfactory quality.I contacted the company and immediately they offered to replace or refund the item. I opted for replacement and it came today - less than a week from my complaint.I highly recommend this company and this is the second time that I’ve ordered from them, and will continue to get my canvas’s from them.There prices are extremely reasonable and the canvas’s are of really good quality.

3 weeks ago I placed an order
3 weeks ago I placed an order. Two day delivery. A massive 1000mm x 700mm print. It went missing. Guess who lost it? Yep, that's right, EvRi.Optimalprint were forced to waste more time and money getting a replacement done.Despite my plea to send it with a courier that actually does do deliveries, my personal favorite - DPD, it was again sent with the masters of malpractice, EvRi.For 5 days now it has been sat at the delivery depot. Messages back and forth yet again and they have no idea about my parcel. Optimalprint have said via another useless chat bot it'll be more than another week until they can contact EvRi.Given up. Never again .Order 36505855DO NOT USE EVRI. THEY ARE CATEGORICALLY INEPT.

Absolutely made up with my wedding…
Absolutely made up with my wedding invitations. Delivered within a couple of days and the quality is perfect. Would definitely recommend for any kind of invite, card or poster etc. Absoloute fabulous, thank you for making it super easy for me.

I used this company to print a photo book
I used this company to print a photo book (storybook) for my grandson. I live in Grenada in the Mediterranean and found them online. I had to just hope that they would do a good job and that I wouldn't be wasting my money. The process was simple and the book was printed and delivered timeously. My grandson was thrilled with his storybook and I will definitely be writing the next one in the series. To think that I could so easily achieve this from the other side of the planet. Super impressed. Thank you Optimalprint 😊
