Impeccable service as usual. Delivery was secure and prompt. My only minor issue was that the engraving wasn’t perfectly straight, but it doesn’t change my positive view—I’d still recommend Oaktree.

Oaktree Memorials was amazing. I ordered an urn necklace when my grandmother died. They were very respectful, considerate, and kind throughout the process, making it feel special instead of merely transactional. Their customer service was also very kind and helpful helping me find the perfect piece. The necklace itself came promptly and is lovely. Everyone is shocked by how nice and subtle it is.The only thing I would ask for improvement on is instructions on filling the necklace. How full should it be? How do I open the glue it comes with? I wish these questions were answered...That said, I am purchasing another for my other grandmother and will certainly recommend this company.

The thought is great but the quality is not. The side of the necklace broke off. I already have ashes in there and the ends glued but the chain broke off one side.
