What a waste of money this was
What a waste of money this was. £30.16 INC delivery. I should have read the rest of the reviews. For one thing. It's not even barrel shaped. For another, I use better and thicker bin liners. Now I have it and I have to use it. I will have to use some padding underneath for protection as it's not very thick and it would not take much to tear it. I've given it 1 star as it was delivered on time, although I paid extra for the privilege. I rarely write a review, but felt this one was necessary.

We ordered a 56 Gallon stained water…
We ordered a 56 Gallon stained water butt and it was delivered within 12 days. We are very happy with the water butt and the accessories we ordered, which included a stand, brass frog tap and rainwater diverter. We are returning customers, having bought the same type of water butt and accessories over 5 years ago, and the older barrel is still looking good and collecting and storing water beautifully. We are very happy with the service from Oak Barrel.

Poor service…
Despite the beautiful air garden, the experience was disappointing due to the sour staff providing poor service. The waitstaff's attitude was far from accommodating and set a negative tone for the visit

No Contact and No Goods
We ordered two oak barrel planters from the website, all seemed ok, we received a confirmation email.12 days later we'd had no contact confirming dispatch or an expected delivery date so I emailed them.The person replying couldn't tell us anything about our order until she had checked with her manager who subsequently told us that the order would not be fulfilled and that no money had been taken from our account.If I hadn't checked we would never have been proactively informed that we weren't receiving our order.Edit: we ordered two barrels from a different website (thebarrelmakers.co.uk ) again all appeared fine with a confirmatory email - we noticed on the invoice the same postcode as this company. It turns out that they are the same company.

A great barrel table
I ordered a rustic barrel table from oak-barrel.com for my husbands birthday. Despite being a very small concern, they managed to send my order out extremely quickly. The barrel arrived today, it far exceeded my expectations and my husband is absolutely thrilled with it. I thoroughly recommend this company, I cannot fault them.
