Novus Home Mortgage promised this smooth, tech-driven mortgage process! Easy approval, they said! Lies! They jerked me around for weeks with paper work, then hit me with a million reasons why I wasn't good enough. My credit score isn't perfect, but it's not terrible either promises, stay far away from Novus!
