Love the orders had in past I bought…
Love the orders had in past I bought $10,000 silver eagles most recently and my wire didn't go through so I retilried again but asked the personal if they can renew my order from $133 a ounce to them about low $80s and she said she couldn't do that I understand but I've ordered many times would been nice to say sure we can do that. I have no issues otherwise with Noble yiu guys been great

I was reluctant
I was reluctant. I wanted to purchase silver but I was afraid of being scammed. I talk to Michael several times and he was very educational and answered all our questions with much respect. I would and have recommended Noble Gold to friends and family. Thanks Michael for all your help

A Great company to do business with
My agent Steven that helped me, was so helpful in helping me make a decision in what kind of silver to buy. I was torn between bars and coins. After he asked me several questions we both came to the conclusion I'd be better of with coins. He was so kind and took his time with me.

Complete rudeness
I received a call today from a sales person asking if I was still interested in purchasing silver/gold. I stated no, not right now. He asked if he could send me additional information and I stated no that it was not necessary. Instead of being treated with respect and politeness, saying thank you for your time, if you need anything in the future, give me a call. Instead I was hung up on. Complete rudeness. I will never use your company in the future just because of how I was treated.

Buying-great service / Selling-a nightmare!!!
Buying from Noble Gold was smooth—but trying to sell has been a nightmare! For four weeks I’ve called, left voicemails, and sent multiple emails, and still no one will call me back. I’ve received only one email response, which does not cover my questions.While they ignored me, prices dropped dramatically, costing us over $120,000 in value. Being forced into email-only communication makes it impossible to lock in prices, and the lack of responsiveness is absolutely unacceptable for a company handling people’s investments.I would caution anyone to think very carefully before trusting them with their money.Update 2/20/26:That is incorrect, Noble Gold. I contacted you 1/16, 1/23, 1/28, 2/4, 2/10, 2/11, and 2/12. Finally, on 2/12 you called me (when metal prices tanked). Had you contacted me in the 5-7 period, as stated on your auto-email replies, I would have sold my metals in late Jan with an additional $120k in value. I finally sold the metals to end the nightmare with you. Absolutely nothing Noble about your company!

First of all, it was a very easy process to replace my 401K with the purchase of gold and silver.
