Very good customer service
Very good customer service . The person that answered the phone was very attentive and she knew exactly what I needed. I was happy that I was able to receive the paperwork the next day.

I had spent the better part of a day…
I had spent the better part of a day fighting the Colorado Secretary of State's LLC 'annual report' web page, and when that failed, I called my LLC's agent, Incorp, who told me they couldn't file that report but that My USA probably could--so, when I called My USA and the lady quickly and efficiently filed it, I was greatly relieved. I will call you first next year.

They messed up my Name on the LLC and…
They messed up my Name on the LLC and when i called them to fix they haven't responded well since 2 weeks. The lady who answered my call was very rude and she doesn't know what she's talking about. She has been making up a lie one after another. I'm going to file a report againt them.

Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience
I applied for a reseller certificate, and the experience has been very disappointing. After waiting 10 days and following up, they finally sent me the application form to sign. I signed and returned it the same day, but after that, there were no updates on my application in my account. When I checked back almost two weeks later, my order was suddenly marked as 100% complete with the note “Notified Client and closed order,” even though I was never notified and had no idea when this was done. When I contacted them, they simply said they had done their part and that the state would send it to me by mail — even though I had clearly selected electronic delivery only. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
