be lucky if you get one call
I have been working here since 2020 and things have changed for us readers. Be lucky if you even get one call at all. Traffic was overflowing before the website changed. Now the website changed and things turned horrible. Customer service always say the same thing" update your profile, update your availability, try changing tools on your profile" and etc. This company doesn't like taking responsibility for anything. It is not the advisor's fault that traffic is almost completely gone. Customer service has the same old song, and the tune never changes. The rating system is terrible because it is incorrect. The rating doesn't change at all anyhow. This company needs to take responsibility for the fact that things have gone downhill and continue. We have to request staff pick to receive calls.
