I needed an iPad choir folder. This one is perfect. Well balanced in my hand. The other one available to me was secured on the right side of the folder so unbalanced. Highly recommended this folder.

I really enjoy the quality of the folders! Pencil holders are especially important for our program, and these ones rock! Pencils don't fall out, and they don't get in the way of the music. Music is not getting any cheaper these days, and the folders are a worthwhile investment to keep it safe. Even if you are making scans, the folder keeps the music from the disasters of a middle schooler's backpack. They look great, too! My students have said, "It makes us feel like professionals!" Overall, I am very happy with all of the folders purchased.

Every serious Choralist needs to have a MyStandard Black Music Folder. I use newer ones for performance and older ones for rehearsals. Here's why:This folder's adjustable hand strap allows a singer to use only one hand to hold the folder whilst having the other arm free to make page turns. It also allows the free arm to assist in diaphragmic strengthening, while singing. The adjustable hand strap also helps the singer to stand taller. The free arm can allow the chest cavity to open more as using two arms to hold a typical music folder causes a rounding of the shoulders, The rounded shoulders then pulls the head unnaturally downward and effectively blocks the airway, thusly hindering the singer's vocalization. Additionally, because the adjustable hand strap allows the singer to stand taller, it also then affords a singer to have a simultaneous view of the score and the conductor.(As a Choralist for over 50 years, my preference would be to have the adjustable hand strap a bit closer -- perhaps just an inch closer -- toward the bottom of the folder instead of directly in the center.)The two-position adjustable stabilizing strap at the bottom is brilliant. Because the folder's height is just over 13", the strap does not interfere with page turns if the scores are more centered within the folder.I just purchased a few of these folders for fellow Basses in the musically responsible, 60-member church choir with whom I sing the Sacred Choral repertoire. For the reasons above, my goal is to have all members use the MyStandard Music Folder for rehearsals and for performance.

The staff answered my calls promptly and professionally, intentionally seeing my needs and working to meet them. They answers my questions patiently and made careful effort to understand just what I was looking for. I usually am very cautious to order online via credit card, but the staff’s professional yet personal interaction gave me confidence that my transaction would be safe. I ordered recycled binders, and when the folders arrived I was absolutely delighted at the quality of the product. The choir binders came in mint condition with beautiful goldlettering, prompting each chorister to smile as they received their completely unique individualized binder.
