The reason I love Induo is because you have the option to personalize each pack every month! The last few months I have been changing up my regimen based on how I have been feeling from my vitamins. The vitamins are high quality and they have research to back up every vitamin Induo has to offer. Induo is very convenient and has everything you need in a supplement company! 10/10 recommend!!!
