I have had major problems sourcing my BMW series 1 GPS software and maps. I had some updates from Will in 2019 which have been working brilliantly, Unfortunately newer maps would not work. However with Will's very patient help over the last 2 weeks, and him sending me some newer software, we managed to get it to work. Can't thank you enough. By the way The system manufacturers (from China) and NaviExtras were of no use at all

Sometimes we come across something that appears to good to be true - however, for just a small donation towards costs this is absolutely genuine. Will very quickly sent me the latest maps download and was very patient while expertly providing guidance to a couple of installation hurdles to install to work on my car's 6 year old head unit. Absolutely, awesome that I now have the latest maps and, service exactly how it should be. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back again for a future update. Thank you so much Will.

I emailed William about my problem and…Good work
I emailed William about my problem and he soon replied. I sent him pics of the code my player was throwing and he told me what was wrong and sent me new info for my GPS system. Had a bit of a problem working with the file he sent but got it figured out and it works great. Thanks
