I received a part that claimed to be OEM but is clearly not

I received a part that claimed to be OEM and like others received a non-OEM part. It was an iMac fan. They offered to take a few dollars off which was absolutely ridiculous because after all the trouble of opening the computer I wanted the correct part. They have the nerve to advertise the part with the sticker on it as if it's OEM. It also doesn't have any documentation so you really have no idea what you're getting.

Fake parts but good customer service.

I bought from them a Charging board for a Mi Mix 2s for $10.34 supposed to arrive in 7-15 business days. It took 27 days to arrive. It claimed to be OEM so I opened up my phone to install it. It was not at all alike. The board itself was similar but lacked almost all the chips and fuses and the MI logo. Also it didn't have the rubber seal around the USB port like the picture had showed. So I figured I was $10 wiser.But I contacted them and told them my complaint. They replied within one day. And when I insisted that the board would not meet my need, THEY ACTUALLY REFUNDED ALL MY MONEY. More honest and reputable than I expected!
