Excellent product that was shipped as expected. The only issue I had was the fact that it took almost 4 weeks to get my parts. I knew that the web order said it would ship when received... Ordered 2/7/26. Contacted 2/17 as no information was provided. Received response 2/23 saying it was still unfulfilled. Finally received parts 3/2/26. IT would be very helpful if you could keep the customer appraised of the delays.Thank you

I called looking for a part not listed on the website and Liz/Cyrus got my part directly from the manufacturer! GREAT people to work with and very knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend for your scooter replacement parts needs!

Received the order OK
Received the order OK. Tires fit the rim, but were hard to get on, so I ordered the long steel tire levers. I'll see how that works out. Looking for looong time riding flat free!!!

Old lift sleep chair renewed
What we thought was a old lift sleep chair going useless with button to recline and go back not working half the time and the manufacturer appears not in business anymore. Then we seen you apparently had one exactly what we needed. Well the chair works like new again with all buttons working again. Fit perfectly and the controls weren't yellow like our old one--bright white and new. We were afraid of spending that much money not knowing if it would actually help but were so glad we did. Thanks for saving us from having to replace the chair. In all you saved a whole lot of money.

The parts and service wa service was great
The parts and service wa service was excellent.The only problem I am having is getting the old part off of the shaft to install the new one. It acts like it was either glued on or pressed on. I have been unable to budge it. I thought about getting a saw but afraid it would damage the shaft! Either ideas????

The transaction was a breeze
The transaction was a breeze. The parts I ordered arrived quickly and in good shape. My only concern was about the parts themselves. The treaded parts were not a perfect match. I had to order a tap and die for the two sizes of threads. I had to chase out the threaded holes so these new parts would fit properly. That cost me another twenty dollars. I could not risk attempting to run these puts into this casting without chasing out the threads to match the new parts. These new parts were a smidge oversize. The issues were only with the threaded parts.
