Mary was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made my initial sign up a breeze and walked me through my application. I feel like I’m in good hands to help navigate through the Social Security application process. It’s been tedious and frustrating getting my denial letter. Fingers crossed I get a better outcome with professional representation.
This company answered all of my questions and made the process as simple as possible. The more info you provide when opening an account online makes the process much faster when you receive a phone call to complete your application process over the phone. I will give another review with my turnout after all goes through. Hope this helps others.
Michal, along with the other Mindset professionals who came into my life and took me by the hand and offered me hope where all had been lost have been most amazing! I've been faced with some absolute hellish and unforgiving obstacles that no one could have foreseen and while it may not have been specifically revolving around my disability claim; Michal and the others used such class and sincere caring gestures and the kindest of words to offer any possible assistance when I became homeless suddenly two days before Christmas. As I said, its not "specific" with my claim; however, this incredible team of irreplaceable human beings possessing the souls and spirits in which they do, were able to clearly see how my misfortune was negatively affecting ALL aspects of my darkened world and was terrified my case would be dismissed or denied due to the difficulty I'm having to receive any correspondence alone, and they have not given up on me which allowed me, nay forced me rather, to NOT let me down either. God bless you all fof such passion, drive, generosity, understanding and the simplicity of a caring and tolerant patience that e ists within each of you that Ive been blessed by such grace and humility present and genuine still only within the human condition.

For further information, see my review on January 2nd. I'm sending an updated review because I have since received a denial letter.My case manager, Shaun, has been so supportive and understanding and on top of things. As soon as I got the letter I reached out and we immediately started the process of appealing. There's clarity of what's needed from me, and it's clear that Shaun really care about the work being done. "I'm hoping there wont be a second denial!!!" was a really sweet message.I've asked my therapist to write a letter of support (she stated my diagnoses, pointed out that at least one was considered an acute disability by the ada, explained my overall symptoms and how the impact me, and stated she did not believe I am suited to work for the time being), and we've sent that along now. I have an appt with my neurologist today and will be asking for his support as well, for now there's not much to do but wait for another update from the SSA.(In case you don't look/can't find my previous review, the missing star should really only be like half a star, because it's based on a slight issue with being assigned new case managers and then information missing, etc, but outside of that I've had no issues at all. Mindset seems to be a very well-intentioned company, really here for us clients, and that's pretty huge.(Tangentially related, the "unprompted review" tag on reviews is based off....what? Because writing a review does not give the option to say whether it was prompted or unprompted, so take that tag with a grain of salt I guess, it's up to you whether that's important or not. It only says "By submitting this review you confirm it was based on a real experience," but those two things aren't mutually exclusive sooooo...)
Very helpful. Chelsea called me and she asked all the right questions for the extra information it could provide. It was otherwise a quick and easy experience to go through, not stressful.

I have just contracted with MINDSET after being referred to them by a Case Worker.I have been communicating exclusively with Intake Specialist, CHELSEA👍I had the GREAT PLEASURE of speaking with her over the course of four (4) days, which is not typical, due to some unique issues on my end... I point this out because Chelsea, was always friendly and bubbly as if i was talking to an old friend. She explained everything to me in detail and always took the time to pause and ask if there was anything I didn't understand or if i had any questions or concerns. Over the course of the 4 days we set dates/times to resume and Chelsea was on point every time, it was I that had to reschedule once and she was once again, very professional and very accommodating. As a Hiring Manager once myself, I always say " Hire the Smile," you can teach almost anyone a "Task," however, you cannot teach someone to be passionate about what they do or their service to others...That trait is Genuine and comes from within...Our words are Gifts...Chelsea, has excellent diction, a professional, friendly attitude and is extremely good at her job. Working with Angela Prehearing Case Manager at MINDSET CARE INC has made a difficult decision much easier for me. Filing a claim with the Social Security Administration for disability was something I put off for a long time due to multiple medical issues, but Angela has been incredibly courteous, patient, and clear throughout the process.She made everything simple to understand, kept me updated on every step, and made sure all the information was thorough and submitted properly. I know the approval rate for disability claims can be low, but their communication and attention to detail really gave me confidence moving forward.I truly appreciate the support, and I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends.
