Initially, I connected with Kanchan Ma'am and Yogesh sir for Yoga classes after checking their reviews on PULA. But I had a great experience that my tail bone pain was gone. They truly focus on the core, which is the actual strength of a human body. It is the foundation of every body and they majorly focus on th foundation of the body. I then got busy in my life and left the classes as I do not get time for myself. After few years, universe again connected me with Kanchan Ma'am for healing sessions. I saw few videos and podcasts relating Ho'oponopono and Kanchan Mam's name strike into my head and I reached out to her. I have taken both distant healing and one-on-one healing with Kanchan Ma'am. I can truly experience shift in myself to a greater extent. I agree that I did not do it consistently, but I can experience myself being stronger and stronger each day. I used to cry every single day and shiver in the fights that used to happen, I was not able to speak up for myself at all. But because of the healing sessions, I can confidently fight back and stand for myself strongly. I do not cry now while putting up my points. I am still willing to take sessions and always stay connected with Kanchan Ma'am to heal myself and live a normal and healthy life with divine energy and spiritual energy. I truly love the way she listens and provides solution to every problem..I have referred my friends and family members for their Yoga classes and healing sessions as well. I love how Ma'am provides me strength and guide me towards self love. I am open for more guidance and support for my healing journey. I am grateful to have connected with you. You are always guiding me to go into myself and to work on myself. I love how we took the sessions and how we managed to increase my positivity. I find practical and genuine answers and solutions whenever I am not sure on any decision or thoughts. Thank you Thank you Thank you..lots of love to you❤️

Now I am part of her 21 days gratitude challenge.. Daily simple gratitude practice made me focused, confident lead towards healthy peaceful life. 🌿 She is very humble, selfless, listen everyone patiently and down to earth pure soul.🕊 May God bless her.. Kanchan ma'am is one of those few people who are there for you when you need them the most. The Gratitude Challenge has helped to revive my love for writing. I am very fond of writing poetry but had stopped writing since more than a year due to personal reasons. This challenge has pushed me to pick up the pen and start writing again. It also made me realise how blessed I am and to be grateful for the little things. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart Kanchan ma'am. You inspire me to be a selfless, kind and compassionate human being.
A simple yoga class with no false advertisement. Completely dedicated to their work and find time to give you bonus sessions or Mental healing sessions through challenges like the Divine Gratitude Challenge. Patient with their students, answering all your queries however trivial they may be and leading by example how a person should remain happy in all circumstances. The world needs more people like Kanchan Ma'am and Yogesh Sir, happy selfless and patient. Thank you for all you do.

Mindbody Yoga and Meditation is an amazing institute who guided me in my Yoga and Spiritual practices. Kanchan Mam is very kind soul and she genuinely care for your healing journey and ensure you get all the support needed. I enrolled in 21 days Gratitude challenge organized by Kanchan Mam. It helped me reflect on so many things I didn’t not even think of until I started journaling. Thank you Mam, for your support and encouragement.
Divine Gratitude is sn amazing initiative by Kanchanji.. she had taken out time from her busy schedule .. we are blessed to be connected with her..When we write out our thanks we actually feel the gratitude in our heart.. this initiative jas helped us realise how we sre so blessed in so many ways..

Its been only a month that I am in contact with Kanchan mam, and i am thankful that I found her. She listens to our problems and emotions very patiently, and guides us accordingly. I have been doing Yoga for a year now... And it has really helped me. Yogesh Sir and Kanchan ma'am explains very nicely about each assan and exercises which helps understanding importance of that assan. I am really thankful to both of them 🙏🏼

It's actually living up to it's name mind body and meditation.....it has helped in healing of exterior but also interior...outerwear is happy with inner self being grateful to met them our journey starred from covid till now...it's reassuring me it was my best decision ❤️
I have been doing Online yoga since the Pandemic, so roughly 4-5 yrs with Yogesh Ji and Kanchan Ji, it's been the best decision of my life. 😌The every day 1hr session is comprehensive with stretches, Surya Namaskar and Pranayam. 👌🏻Along with this the added sessions that Kanchan Ji conducts for face yoga and other therapies ...what more could you ask for? 😀If you are thinking of adding Yoga to your routine ,just go for it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I have also joined the 21 Day Gratitude Challenge, which has helped me immensely mentally and emotionally, Really grateful to Kanchan Ji for the emotional well being that she is bringing to everyone's lives.Kudos & Many thanks to the Power couple - YogeshJi- KanchanJi 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
This is a heartfelt review for Dear Kanchan!I had never felt this kind of creative block before, but of course I was dealing with a lot of changes and I was unable to think through it, and I happen to take hoponopono sessions and trust me it restored my energies!Though I am a mindfulness practitioner myself I am well aware of affirmations and attitude of gratitude yet I needed this energy shift and dear Kanchan happened to be a catalyst for that.I am aligned with my natural energies, I am feeling lighter and have a deeper sense of self connect now!Grateful for this 💕
I choose this Gurupoornima, an auspicious day to express my heart full gratitude. I am following Yogesh sir and Kanchan Mam from 5 years. Daily yoga session helped me to bring a discipline in my routine. However in the starting of this year (2025) due to some personal issues I was in depression. Kanchan Mam provided me distance healing with few one on one session. It gave me strength to overcome difficult situation, boost my confidence, improved my personal relations. After that I did 21 days self healing course. Now it's my routine to follow all the given practices. I want to thank again Kanchan for being my support. I highly recommend Mind Body Meditation.

I had recently done a 21 day program on self healing. Really happy having selected this course. The techniques taught by Kanchan Ma'am are very simple yet effective. She is very patient and answers all queries. I am still learning and practicing but i do believe i will see the positive impacts of practicing all techniques very soon. Thank you for this.
