This is a review regard to the customer…
This is a review regard to the customer service that I was receiving. This has nothing to do with their product, which whomever in charge decided to not send it because I pointed out their contradiction. Btw: I wasn't being mean or disrespectful, but I was straight forward. That person got very upset because of how I made them look stupid by calling out on their lies and bullshit regarding when they ship their packages. I have all the proof vis text messages. To make long story short I was having trouble placing the order online. The first few times it was because my credit card didn't have sufficient funds, which that was completely my fault. So when I went back to the website to try to place the order again to pay with a credit card, it was giving me a lot of trouble. I don't know much about computer. That was way too much hassle and headache. Therefore I emailed them and I even called them on the phone maybe around like at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Then I finally have to pay via PayPal. Whoever that was in charge of it has contacted me at 5:00 to try to help me with the transaction. They had told me that they already sent out packages for the day. Their words is they ship during around the afternoon evening (presumably before 5pm). Therefore my package will be ship out tomorrow (Friday). On Friday @6pm I texted the customer service agent asking about whether the package has been shipped becuz I didn't get any email with the tracking. The response was a "no" and at the time it was already 6:00 p.m.......i guess their post office close at 9pm? Anyways, shortly after I got an email from them stating that the package were sent out early in the morning....? I don't like all of this bullshit. I got pretty upset and based on my research......if they had shipped out on Friday before 5pm, there is a very good chance I probably would have gotten it on Saturday ......no later than Monday. It is coming from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.Anyways I told that person if I don't get my package by tomorrow (Saturday), then this will be our last transaction. That person got so upset with me pretty much made them look pretty stupid, decided to go out of their way and ran back to the post office to retrieve the package. I didn't ask for a refund at all. I never asked for a refund. Everything is in the text messages conversation. Anyways, I could of ordered from another website and for the exact same price, I could of have gotten my item by Friday. They really need to fix where it wouldnt be so troublesome to place an order. The reason why I placed an order with them is because I like to try other places. Now that person canceled my order and I still haven't seen the money come back into my PayPal account.I wish I can post all the text message screen shots up here. Therefore, this is where BBB might come in handy.

Fast shipping from vegas
When you pay with a credit card, the transaction is processed in Mexico, a bit strange but it works fine, i have paid with paypal in the past but they didnt have paypal available when i placed my last order. ALL IN ALL, good quality and fast shipping.

BEST Mimosa Hostilis distributer!
If the option existed, I’d give 10 STARS!!!MHrbUSA.com has provided quality products multiple times in a timely manner. Its the only supplier of Mimosa Hostilis that Ive found online I feel I can trust. Given the product restrictions surrounding Mimosa Hostilis, my initial order was small, as to minimize loss if the site turned out to be fraudulent. After a minor business investigation, I was comfident the site was legitimate and at the very least could follow through with my orders. Later I was pleased to learn how committed to assisting its customers they were. I had a little trouble with how the credit card processing procedure was played out. I sent an email describing my issue. Sooner than I expected, Josh got back to me and helped make the transaction happen. (They’ve since change that procedure)Later, I emailed Josh about tracking info and before I sat up from my desk chair he had responded with tracking info and more. Josh and I have developed a business relationship and now communicate directly. Ironic how skeptical I was at first and now I feel I have the ear of an inside man. If you seek Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark, or any of the other obscure and hard to get organics offered, MHrbUSA.com will make it happen with attentiveness, quality and follow through. This is the best company I have ever…
This is the best company I have ever used. Prices are super competitive but what really shines through is the quality of the customer service josh provides. He is always quick to reply and orders always go out the same or next day with priority shipping. I've dealt with other dye companies for years but none of them even come close to MHRBUSA. 10 OUT OF 10 RECOMMEND.

Best in the business
After hit and miss experiences with other sites I gave them a shot over 2 years ago and haven't been to anyone else since. These guys are first class from communication, price, loyalty points., and product quality. I live on the east coast and get my shipment in 3 days everytime. If your not dealling with theses guys your doing yourself a real dis-service.

If you see a mixture of 5 star and 1 star reviews, know that the company is likely padding their reviews. Their bark is not quality, I would guess that most of their reviews are fake. Poor yields, bunk bark. Im not the only one to say so.
