To day.I did call this company to see if I had a legitimate claim for a case and if this practice would be the 12 be able to help me
Today I called this company to see if I could get some help and to make sure that I even had a legitimate case. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude.I started to explain my situation and after a few minutes he cut me off. He stated that the practice would not be able to work on anything for me and so I asked him why. Now he's getting a little bit more rude I was asking.Is there a problem with this?Is there not a legitimate case?All he would say was there's nothing we would do for you.Call somebody else look up to bar association. I asked if he could just explain to me you know.So that way I would know if this was a decision in the case or not.I got hung up on.I read all the glowing reviews in regards to this practice.And that's the reason why I called them. Unfortunately my experience was not positive and for someone to be so rude when all I was doing was trying to find out if this was a good case and if the company could help i'm not sure as a gentleman's name but I was very pretty disappointed in his behavior.
