Customer service is easy to work with…

Customer service is easy to work with and are accommodating. I forgot to add party of my order that would've made it free shipping and they fixed it for me. Thank you!

Great customer service after the sale

The service after the sale has been great. I had an issue with my bike, so I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. My problem was taken care of expeditiously. This is the very reason I have purchased two bikes now with a lot of accessories. Great company with very good customer service.

Just wanted to share my experience 2 years into it.

Just wanted to share my experience. I bought a Deer 20 more than a year ago. The sale was online and it went smoothly, since then I have bought some micellanious bike part andl the team has guide me trought the correct parts. I enjoy the bike, I think it has more power than I need, climing step road 40deg ups is a breeze. However the battery is not close to the 80miles they claim. I did get about 40+ miles riding at an avrg speed of 18mph. (I'm about 160). So that's just a bit of my experience with the bike. Unfortunately, after a year and a half my battery started having some issues, where it would shut off when it reaches 50%. The bike would not turn on after that. You will need to charge it or pull the battery out. That would give you some miles before the bike shut down again.So here comes the customer service, to be honest I read mix review about the CS at MC, so my expectation were low. After I contact them at first their was a misunderstanding about the warranty of my bike specially the battery. After a few emails about the issue I was having, diagnostic, sending them pictures and videos, they actually came trough and diagnosed it as a circuit trouble on the battery. I did receive a new battery, did had to pay for shipping cost which is totally fine for me. I wanted to say the my customer experience was great I'll give them 5 out of 5. Is is not just because they send me a new battery but because Dory was very tentative and polite when we went trough this process.What I like about the bike: the torque and power, comfort and sleek look.Whay I dislike hence the 4 star is the battery pct on the display is not accurate. It might read 20pct after a ride, you turn it off and back on and the display will show 60pct. I know it's hard cause when's the motor pulls for power or amps it might drain the battery faster but if at steady when not pulling power the battery level should go back up, and not when you turn off and on your bike. As for my issue I'm on an early stage, of trying the new battery, since is winter now haven't done much riding, but it has gone down to 20pct and bike does not shut down abruptly.Thanks.

Great product and customer service

First off, I was scared to death to buy something online. So many scams out there. I purchased the bike and accessories. I noticed a day later that the bike had went on sale. I got in touch with the customer service. They reviewed my purchase and refunded me the difference from the sale price from the original price. Then I purchased more accessories for my bike. One of the accessories was broken when I received it. I took a video emailed it to them and they replaced the item with no charge absolutely reputable trustworthy company and the bike is awesome. Very high-quality and comfortable. I enjoy my new electric bike and all the accessories. Thank you so much magicycle…

deer step through 20"......love it

i bought a deer step through and only had it 30 days. i heard a grinding noise in the motor. i took it apart and found multiple things wrong. a clip came off and tour all 3 gears teeth off of a few. i took photos contacted the company....i was like ok here we go lets see. they asked for photos and a video and got back with there tech. they said i need a new hub it was $60 shipping i thought that was a little high. then it was out of stock then i had to wait till the manufactured produced more. that took a month it was shipped with tracking and i had great communication with the warranty customer service. let me tell you after i got what i needed i seen why. they shipped me an entire rear bike rim completely ready i was shocked just put the rim on and done. thats why shipping was a little high they send me the entire rim and all from china. as my experience go for it i love the bike and i pit 160 miles on it now. to cold to ride now but i will be stacking the miles up this summer and i bought me a nice bike rack on market place i love my purchases! go for it im not a computer or AI or somebody getting paid to write fake reviews!

My experience has been great

My experience has been great as they are on point with their communication each morning without fail they will reply to your email. Magicycle, has great customer service and I would highly recommend buying a bike and having any kind of warranty issues don't they're very prompt and quick that deal with any problems that arise. Ocelot Pro is the way to go!

I have been riding my Ocelot Pro for about 18 months and have put 1600 miles on it riding on both pavement and dirt. I live in Arizona, so I ride in the desert on rough, dirt roads quite a bit. Two flat tires are the only issues I've had. I love the bike, and it allows me to go where no non-e bike could go. When I had a question, the folks at Magicycle were quick to respond. I'm a happy rider!

Excellent customer service!

The customer service is awesome, all the way from china and they will respond as if they were down the street from you. Very professional and knows how to take care of their customer. (I usually read these reviews and wonder if it’s real and yes, I’m real🤙🏽)

Fast, correct, effective support

Broken rack

Had a problem and with a broken bike rack. Part was really not avaliable for sale. After a n email with magicycle support I was able to buy a new rack. Bike was not usable for me with broken rack but now I will be able to use it again. Thanks magicycle support for your help. A four year rider of your bike with no other problems. Great bike. Magicycle Cruise Pro.

I am a 74 year old male and recently purchased a Cruiser Pro Magicycle bicycle. So far I have ridden it 250 miles and find it to be outstanding. The power is impressive and the battery range is good. I have owned 10 e-bikes in the last 10 years and think the Cruiser Pro is the best one even though it costs much less than any of the others.
