My experience with Vincent LoTempio was excellent. He brought a clear depth of knowledge to every part of our discussion and broke down complex intellectual property & Licensing related issues in a way that was easy to grasp. Vincent was a real pro! it is so nice to work with someone and having a feeling it will get there. At one moment during the process, i doubted myself, but Vincent knew what angle to tackle. as for Robert, it was an amazing experience! always available, on top of things and super pleasant in every experience we had. i totally recommend this law office and would definitely work with them again.
I was attempting to Patent something that was somewhat of a longshot. Vincent and particularly Robert Cerasa, went above and beyond to understand my intent and instructions, leading to a granted patent that by all means, I believe would have been difficult to justify as valid by a less competent Law office. Mr. LoTempio is absolutely awesome. I randomly saw a couple of his videos on YouTube, and later checked out his website. While browsing, I saw that he offered free 15 minute consults in regards to a patent question that I had. I easily signed up through his online software and within a day had a virtual meeting set up. The consult was scheduled for 15 minutes, but Mr. LoTempio was extremely generous with his time and spent nearly an hour with me... and keep in mind we met on New Years Eve!!What’s even more incredible about him spending that much time is that my “idea” wasn’t even patentable... meaning he knew that he probably wouldn’t be benefiting from me as a potential client... he simply wanted to make sure I understood why the idea wasn’t patentable and how I could move forward with any chance of profit.Conversation was easy and I felt like he truly cared about me even though I never met him previously. To say he went over and above would be an understatement. A true class act... and if I (or any friends) ever have another patent project, non-disclosure need, or something similar he will without hesitation be the first person I call! Thank you Vincent
