Deanna Zick and Kyla were amazing to work with! Deanna walked me through the steps of buying my first home and kept in regular contact with me, answering any questions I had. Kyla also answered any questions I had. They were both easy to get ahold of and responded right away. Everything went smoothly and quickly while working with these two amazing ladies! Thank you so much!
I had a great experience with Deanna Zick with Lifetime lending. She was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was also very willing to help me outside of normal business hours which helped a lot because as a teacher, I cannot be on the phone during my workday. She also helped me get my closing costs covered through Hero Home program.
Kyla was great! She really advocated well for us and communicated well! She explained what was happening with our loan along the way and kept us in the loop!
Deanna was extremely helpful with this process. She was very responsive to texts and phone calls and stayed on top of deadlines.
I would not recommend this mortgage company for first time homebuyers... They did not provide the level of attention or consistent communication I feel is necessary to support my needs. I was referred here by another lender who I had a good experience with, but they are no longer originating loans directly, so he put me in contact with Justin Brown. I never receive responses to my emails and when I do receive a response it is weeks later. This has happened on several occasions...As a first-time homebuyer with many questions, I feel this lender has not demonstrated the time or patience needed to provide adequate support, so I’ve decided to explore other lending options.

Vaughan and Rachel were absolutely amazing in helping me get a mortgage for my new home. From the very beginning, they made the whole process so much easier than I expected. They were always available to answer my questions (and I had a lot!), explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I never once felt like just another client—they genuinely cared about making this work for me. If you’re looking for a team that’s knowledgeable, patient, and just great to work with, I can’t recommend them enough!

We had a very good experience working with Jeff and Rachel. The process went smoothly, good communication and professionalism from the team. I would absolutely recommend their service.
I would not use this lender again or refer for anyone else. Communication was great in beginning and then 1 month into it, Justin did not answer emails or calls for a week. Then assistant came into the picture. She kept asking for information we submitted a month prior. Then the worst of it, was 5 days before we were to close, they said there was issue and we needed to put all this money down, we went from being told we would get 5k back to paying over 11k and just finding out week before. Justin wasn't sorry, he didn't take any ownership just blamed on underwriter. He had 60 days to get closing together and we closed 2 weeks later. Thank God we had great builder who was patient. I would ask direct questions. I could never give a strait answer. He was aware of the 3 day rule for CD but would have us thinking we could close the next day. It was horrible experience. I had to do way too much math as the customer. In the 2 weeks of us trying to work magic he proposed ideas that financially didn't make since or would be worse than what we had. If we did not have the risk of losing our house, we would have just found another lender.

Absolutely the best!!! Kyla and Justin need raises!!! My home buying experience was absolute trash with my other lending company so I switched to lifetime lending and they are absolutely amazing and answered my every question no matter the time of the day!!! I highly recommend!!
