Best wine tasting experience in LA!!!
I attended the wine friender event and had a lovely time! Tasted some very interesting wines I had never heard of. Ian is very knowledgeable and a great host. I learned about different types of wine and made some new friends :) I highly recommend this event to anyone who’s curious about wine and would like to meet other wine lovers.

Such a fun event
Such a fun event! I’d been waiting for years. I finally attended the Friendfinder wine event. So lovely to meet interesting people and hear about the wines they brought. A highlight for sure!

Just attended the Pinot Challenge event…
Just attended the Pinot Challenge event in downtown at this hip loft where these guys conduct some of thier events, I hear. I found my tribe! Being around such a fun and enigmatic group of people who all caught the wine bug, just made me feel at home! Made some really promising new friends that I am excited to see again. Living here in LA can be so confusing, until you find your people. I really look forward to any and all of Ian's events. What a PRO and thank you to his amazing staff for delivering such a high value gathering!

Ian and his team always deliver…
Ian and his team always deliver incredible wine events that are fun and educational. The Pinot Taste-Off featured 18 incredible wines from Sonoma, CA Central Coast and Oregon across 6 flights tasted blind. With only 18 people the event was intimate and it worked great as a date-night. Hard to imagine finding wine events of this quality anywhere else around LA.

Best in Wine Tasting and Education, period!
I've known Ian for years, and he is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and greatest educators of wine around. His events are always fun (with great music to boot), always amazing wines, good-looking people, and the vibe and energy are on point. I know that no matter if I'm going to Stars of Napa, a champagne challenge, or a Bordeaux dinner, it's going to be fantastic! I've even done a work event and had Ian do the tasting, and everyone went crazy with the wines and what they learned.Ian and Learn About Wine is the quintessential wine event company in LA, hands down. He also has his online shop of Merchantofwine.com, which I buy all my wine from. They do free delivery of 100.00 or more, so it's a no-brainer for the wines he offers. And the deals and selection of wines are better than anywhere.In case you haven't noticed, I'm a huge fan of Ian and Learn About Wine, and you will be as well once you experience him and his events.
