Unreliable service, unfair billing
After months not using LawnLove because I was fed up with them postponing mowing themselves several times in the same month and then when grass was too high for them they wanted to charge over double the rate. I got a service that is $10 less. Called in Jan. to cancel on the phone when they sent notification they were coming. They mowed without me knowing they had come (grass was too short from being mowed days before in Winter). Then they refused to refund the amount of the mowing. Fraudulent.
