Order # 2421124709 Scale that is supposed to do more than weigh me. Trying to return it for a month. Got one response from an Emily Waters asking for the order number that was in the subject line. I sent it again. No response since. This company must be a scammer. Again, ORDER # 2421124709 FOR RETURN.

I am totally gobsmacked by a sudden introduction of a very expensive monthly subscription fee that was hidden !! not mentioned at all from the original purchase of the watches I actually bought 3 of them! Its a shocking con trick and the App not available on App store ??? Maybe was pulled by Apple once they were aware of the rip off subscription fees by stealth ! Don’t buy

I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2 scales for Christmas not realizing that they require a subscription of $20 per month for each scale. That is $720 per year!! I requested a return right away (on December 25th) and I got one email with a general response of "I will have a manager get back to you within 24hours" I have sent several more requests - NO response since. I bought 2 scales as Christmas gifts not realizing you need to pay an annual fee to be able to use all the scale features. I have been trying to return the scales since December 26. Nobody will respond to me with information on how to return the scales. I would never recommend buying anything from this company!!!

Feb 11-2024: In response to your request for the order #, I have provided the order number to you several/multiple times in my attempts (both written and leaving voice messages) to get a response from you. HERE IT IS AGAIN: 2420943005, dated 1-13-2024. My reason for needing to return the watch & bands is this:: I have arthritic fingers and I am unable to use the band; cannot pull or push the clasp, thus cannot put the watch on or off. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS LATEST COMMENT FROM ME. End of comment dated 2-11-24. PREVIOUS COMMENT: Have sent 'the form' requesting return instructions, several times. Have left voice mail, several times, requesting return instructions. No response!! Item was purchased 1-14, so the 30-day refund return period is near. All I want is instructions for returning the item.

I purchased the Kore Health Scale. I was able to pair the app and use it with no problem for about a month. I can no longer get into the app. I have tried resetting the password. No luck. Created new account, nothing. Tried calling customer support only get VM with NO reply. Emailed no reply. Tried chat - waited an HOUR no one replied and then dropped. Customer Service SUCKS!! Returning it.

I have a KoreHealth 2.0 fitness tracker. I have had it for about two months now. For the last tree days I have not been able to log in to the app! I have emailed customer service twice now and have not received a reply. Very poor customer service!

Disappointed in the new "surprise"…
Disappointed in the new "surprise" membership fee. The watch is just mediocre. I'll continue to use it to count steps, but $20 a month is unreasonable in my opinion. No thank you. I plan to delete the app. Saves me room on my phone and there's the bonus.

Scammers. I bought the Kore Scale. Once I got it I was informed a $19.95 monthly subscription is required. I’ve been trying to return the scale but they don’t respond to email, voicemail, or the chat on their crappy website.

Horrendous experience. I am appalled at the blatant negligence, if not downright thievery. I ordered two after my stroke. One would not fully download. Sent six emails, last one on 6/21/2022 and still haven't received a response. What excuse could this co. have? They don't provide an address for returns, forcing you to wait for their so-called customer service to sent you a return code and the address. Is false advertising and theft the game? My order number is 2218843927.Got a response to above three days after posting. They asked for the order number. Par for the imbecilic course. Did they read the last line of the last paragraph?

Another customer who would give zero stars. They should be shut down as they don’t have any system in place in relation to customer service and a returns policy. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys/criminals. You will be waving goodbye to money. The worst company I have ever dealt with in half a century. I hope they are sued millions of dollars for incompetence and arrogance. It has taken enormous will power not to use a string of f words in this review.

Do Not Buy!
I would give zero stars but that is not an option. Nobody responds to my request for a refund. The watch froze up, only had it two hours. I don't even want to bother with the second one. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought. Don't buy from this company!!!Update: I have asked for Kore to contact me several times for return information but have not received a response. They have time to respond to my review; why did they not respond to my numerous emails?

I have been trying to return this scale since the first day I have received it two weeks ago. I have called several times, usually the phone just rings and rings.One time I was able to leave a voicemail and have received no response. I have emailed AT LEAST 10 times and I get an auto response that a senior customer service representative will get back to me shortly. I purchased 2 Kore 2.0 and the clasps on both of them fell off several times and were unfortunately lost. I contacted customer service and they said they would be sending replacements. I waited a month and still no replacements. I then resent an email requesting an eta for the replacements. Shortly after I received an email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. I responded again and received another email from Ruben stating that the issue would be taken care of shortly. I then received another email stating that the ticket would be closed because I had not responded. These people have no clue what customer service is.
