I know… it’s glasses. But this has to be my fave company to buy from. The prices are great, great selection, virtual try-on, fast shipping and absolutely outstanding customer service. I’ve ordered at least 6 pairs to-date. I just can’t buy glasses anywhere else now. The fact that kits is also a Canadian company is just the cherry on top!

I would not recommend purchasing glasses from this company if you'd like it to fot properly. I've order maybe 5 glasses from KITS previously and each has a very small fitting issues. My latest purchase was a $300 pair of ray bans- they felt extremely cheap, didnt close completely, and fot horribly (I used the photo service to determine the sizing).
My first choice of glasses didn't work for me, I called customer service and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I spent a few days really researching sizes and trying on lots of different glasses online. the software makes it very easy and accurate. I was able to get an order in for a replacement pair, and they arrived within days of the replacement order. highly recommended
Glasses came so fast back in November, as someone whose always gotten expensive glasses these are so high quality. There was an issue with one of the pairs and I contacted 3 days ago about it, they got back to me right away, immediately fixed the issue and sent me a new pair without any hassle on my end, and they shipped and i got them yesterday! They even gave me a hard shell really nice case, and premium lenses. Literally got back to me, processed, shipped, and at my front door in 2 days. Incredible service I cannot recccomend enough.
Good customer service, but poor lens quality. I received my glasses and the lenses had circular marks that become visible when they fog up. They appear to be from suction tools. I’ve never experienced this before, and I believe it has worsened my night vision. The replacement pair had the same issue. I will not be using Kits again.

Just received my new glassses, i bought a pair of Wednesdays for sunglasses and Walnuts for everyday. The frames and lenses are perfect. Im kinda in shock how quick they're turn around time is. Couldn't be happer.
Picking out the frames was super fun and I got to see what the glasses look like on me before making any decisions. I was about to checkout and pay when I was notified that I could get a second pair free with their current BOGO sale! I got progressive eyeglasses and progressive sunglasses, all direct billing through my insurance. Everything was so super easy! And I just received them today, way before their estimated delivery date! The glasses are so comfortable and look amazing! I found my glasses dealer from now on!
This was my second time ordering progressive lens glasses through Kits.Both times, I was shocked by how quickly I received my glasses through Canada Post.The lenses give me super sharp vision, without the peripheral distortion that I had with another optical company.
I don’t believe the top of my glasses are not correct…but wearable…also…the glass case they sent with them is to small to fit my glasses..
Very fast, excellent service but find that try online is not accurate . On my last order 1 of 2 glasses didn’t fit well .
They have wonderful staff that are ready to help customers measuring and picking the right glasses online. Robert is very experienced and he helped us picked the correct/good pairs of eyeglasses. At first I loved my glasses but 7 months later the lens are scratched. I only use the cleaning cloth provided and I never had this problem with any glasses I purchased at eye glass places. I will have to spend more money now because the scratches are bothering my vision
I am a huge fan of Kits.ca! I needed new progressive glasses but did not want to spend $$$ so I decided to give Kits a try. The first pair were not a good fit so Kits immediately offered to replace them. I received my new glasses today and I love them! The fit is great AND the progressive lenses are perfect! Kits customer service is amazing! Thank you Kits!
🇨🇦LOVE KITS🇨🇦LOVE THE GLASSES👓🕶️Being real here… I’m really tough on my glasses.. no lie. I can’t wear contants. I’ve been ordering with KITS for 5-6 years and I have never had any issues. Product is as described every time. Their plastic/ acetate and wood frames are more durable than I originally gave them credit for. Almost all 7 pairs I’ve ordered have lasted at least the two years between eye exams (my eyes degrade almost every time; both my parents are legally blind 😂) and the two pairs that did pop a lens and lose an arm, respectively, were *100% due to user error attempting to readjust my own glasses after being careless with them and twisting them into a certified mess. Both times.* The styles and colours to choose from is my favourite part; I get to express my individuality; my own style- and thanks to the deals I often get to buy one standout pair that says ME and one muted pair for more neutral occasions or sunglasses!!So thank you KITS🍁 for being a stylish, personalized, affordable ✨even without benefits✨ Canadian eyewear provider.
So I ordered new glasses, and was honestly deciding between them and eyebuydirect, who I’ve bought from for the last 3 years with no problems. I received my glasses. The lenses are too thick and they look like they’re going to pop out of the frames; and I believe that they got the PD wrong. when I put my glasses on, they felt VERY off, and it would literally give me headaches. so I contacted customer service and they basically say I didn’t provide them with PD, so I double check my order invoice, and it I did. Then they say that the lenses I chose are the thickest option, and won’t really fit in the glasses, Which had I known I would’ve just gone with the thinner lenses? It’s been a week and, every time I email someone, I get different customer rep. Which goes to show the lack of training in customer service, and the care they have for their consumers. As someone who has worked customer service for over a decade, the solution should’ve been simple. To get a replacement with the corrections made. Instead there is back and forth with customer service reps, who are quick to blame you for the mistake. My entire interaction with this company has left such a sour taste in my mouth. Do not order from them, order from eyebuydirect or Costco instead.
I'm so thrilled with every part of my shopping experience with Kits! I was reluctant to buy glasses online, but after several recommendations I decided to try this business. The site is fun and easy to use, the try-on feature actually works pretty well, and the variety of styles, sizes and colors is wonderful. I love large frames and there just isn't many options in the stores in my city, and I found a beautiful pink pair for my daughter. The price and BOGO deal was 😍, and they arrived in Calgary the DAY AFTER I ORDERED THEM! They feel quality, and if they hold up I won't shop anywhere else again.
