We thought the whole process was way to fast and easy. Its because it was. We were told what we wanted to hear so the salesman could make his fast commission. My wife and I were told we would have pigtailed, plug and play electric which is not the case at all. I was told by the finance company we would be supplied with paperwork upon delivery of the unit as well with payment options and setting up our online account. I guess that fell out along the way because we never received it either. Now im stuck with an 8k building im going to have to spend more on for the electric to work and no clue how to start paying on it. Avoid Keens or at least the Perry location.

We were allowed to look around and we never felt rushed or pressured. Marlon is knowledgeable about the prices and info on the buildings without having to look everything up. It was a pleasure doing business with him. We are considering another cover for our boat.

Gulf County Storage Building
We live in Gulf County, Florida and have had a lot of difficulties getting folks out to our house for even routine items. It’s always a hassle. Not with Keen. I was dreading shopping for a storage building because of the logistics involved. Marlon did a superb job from step one. Breezed through my pickiness and quickly solved the logistics piece. Very, very happy with the overall experience. If you want a building and don’t want to deal with an amateur — call Keen and ask for Marlon. I’m fairly certain if Keen had 10 more like him they would rule the country.
