Items never sent after order placed in January 2024
I placed an order direct thru the JVN Hair website on 1/25/2024. Total order was $92.00 exactly. I ordered the Major Curls & Waves Bundle $75.20 (5 items) and a single bottle of the Nurture Hydrating Conditioner $16.80. On 2/5/2024, I emailed JVN Customer care @JVNhair.com asking for any shipping information, because nothing other than the original order confirmation had come through. This was the email provided in the order confirmation. I received a bounce back notice that the email was no longer valid. After digging around, I found another email @bellebrands.com and sent another message on 2/5/24 regarding the same, missing shipping information. After no response via email and no response other than automated messages on their Instagram platform, and reading many complaints of similar missing items and never delivered orders, I submitted a dispute with my credit card. Conveniently, JVN worked with my card company to dispute my dispute, leaving me with no product and still having to pay the order total of $92.00. Sometime in late February I did receive the single bottle of conditioner, but the bulk cost of the order. The other items have still not arrived as of today 4/10/2024. There are numerous comments from other customers on their IG page, stating the same thing, orders placed and never received. JVN just responds with "send us a DM, we are happy to help" and then they never respond to the DM.
