JTA KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SHODDY COMPANY. they ruined our honey moon and offered just over £300 for a £3800 trip . They should have moved us and they lied that we had checked out. Disgusting company. If I could give this a minus I would . Daylight robbery.
At time of booking took out £5 promotion to allow me to cancel my flight within 24hrs of making booking. Read reviews and cancelled my booking on same day as making booking. found they had taken money oiut of my account regardless. Phoned to try to get my money back. `Dave' promised to phone me back and did not. Money still charged to my account. Stolen £633 basically. Do NOT go near this company.
Issued credit vouchers that have proven to be unusable... Once we did manage to get them to help they tried to tell us it was an extra £569 for flights that were less than our voucher value, basically stolen our money.
This company needs shutting down. They are as good as fraudsters. Keeping customers money after covid cancelled their holidays. Please, please stay away and trust this review. I am going to have a fight on with this company as I booked for my friends and this is making me look bad as they are asking why they haven’t had their money back. JTA your the worst holiday supplier in the UK
Holiday was cancelled due to Covid, the flights in the package were with British Airways who paid JTA a full refund 6 weeks ago, but no one at JTA will talk to me and as far as they're concerned I have to deal with LoveHolidays, who say JTA have not sent them the refund. Really poor and would not deal with them again. Sort it out JTA.
If I could leave one star I would. Have refused to refund me since 1 June and now telling me it will not be refunded before November. Totally rude in their dealings with me. I will never book a package holiday again with a company who use them to book the flights. .

Shocking customer service, have sent numerous emails regarding my flight refund and had no reply! When trying to reach by phone I get fobbed off with a number that is no longer active and they have removed access to contact them on their fb and do not reply to manage my booking!
