When my wife and I were purchasing our home, Patrice Flerx guided us through our mortgage application every step of the way. Her program keeps you up to date with what documentation is required in what order, and she sends you documents that you are required to sign. You can check your progress and you know what to expect next. Patrice is always available to speak to should any questions arise. Very professional with personal attention.
Patrice is the very best at her job as a mortgage professional. She came recommended by a co-worker and I could not have been happier with the results. She answered every question I had and basically held my hand thru the entire mortgage process.. If I could, I would give her 10 stars, as she deserves it.
They misled, lied, dropped the ball, promised a lender's credit and later denied, refused a remote close even though I was out of state yet at the beginning said it would not be a problem. That cost me two weeks extra in rent while paying the mortgage.They advised not to lock in rate because rates would go lower but I ended up with a higher rate. I decided to lower loan amount and the salesperson had the nerve to tell me that affects her commission. Their due diligence crossed the line into harassment. Run. Slimy sales people and a COO with poor self esteem who felt the need to wield power because he could. Their response is untrue. I told them from the beginning I live in Florida but have a NY mailing address as I go back and forth. I followed their advice on what address to use. The coo's own workers told him it's not fraud but he wouldn't relent or even have the courtesy to return my call. Had other mortgage companies not required a new appraisal I would have switched in the office as two said a remote close would be ok.
I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism I received from Caesar and his team! His knowledge of the mortgage process is unmatched. From start to finish Caesar made the mortgage transaction seamless and always had time to answer any questions I may have had. He treated me more like a friend than a client and even came to my closing! Thank you for making my mortgage as easy as you did!
Jet Direct know what theyre doing and that is to be there for you, that was my whole experience.Jameila Parker was my representative, she was very attentive and supportive throughout the process, provided explanations where needed and helped explored the best loan type for me and my wife, this resulted in us getting the best interest rate and monthly payment we could afford. The Jet direct secured online portal for uploading documents is also very easy to understand and it keeps track of your progress until the finish line. One word for their staffs and their secured website: Excellent !

How in the world this company has more than 1 star on ANY website is beyond me. The single worst experience of my life and I will shout it from the rooftops. STAY AWAY!!! Only one shining light at this company and that is Enid but unfortunately she was not my loan officer.
Jet Direct offered the best experience to my husband and I as first time homebuyers. The process was smooth and very efficient! Our loan officer, Jameila, kept us informed every step of the way. She was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. At no point in time were we uncomfortable with their process. From the first conversation over the phone with Pete Pescatore at Jet Direct to us shaking hands after the closing everything was 5 stars. Having purchased 2 homes prior I was familiar with how stressful the process can be. Pete picked up every phone call from me throughout the process and was always proactive in his approach. My family and I cannot thank him enough for everything. We are looking forward to purchasing a 2nd home in the near future and will never use another mortgage banker! Keep up the good work. Interaction with their team was always open, whether by email, phone, or the App. Most importantly, closing time was incredible (less than 15 days).
