Poor Service
On November 17, 2025 I placed an order for a parvo vaccine and dog health papers. The shipping and handling was over 20 dollars, which was fine because the vaccine needed to stay cool. On November 20, 2025 I received dog health papers but no vaccine, without any explanations. I reached out to customer service and they let me know that the vaccine was out of stock, but had been restocked that day but they were going to issue a refund so I could reorder, rather than just sending the order. Today is November 24, I contacted customer service this morning and the person, thought I would receive a refund in a couple of days. Still no positive answers. I doubt I will ever use Jeffer's again, and I have to say at this point I have given them a 71 dollar donation.
