I would of rated ZERO this website is a SCAM I ordered stuff back in 2015 it's now 10 years later an I neither have my products nor the refund I do however have emails of them promising me a refund and promising my item would be sent 10 YEARS LATER AND NOTHING SCAM SCUMMY (c u next tursdays) AMERICAS pieces of global shit WHERE IS MY MONEY !?! Happily will upload screen shots of the emails of them telling me flat out LIE THEN they've contacted trust piolet asking to have THIS post REMOVED so Erika Lee can continue to scam all of you for her own selfish lying purposes. SEND ME MY $180 REFUND LIARS and gets all her friends and family to leave her 5 star reviews to be able to continue to scam you all. where my money Erika?!
I tried to make a purchase for a long time, but nothing worked. I was genuinely eager to buy until they blocked me. The site is full of fake reviews and questionable videos—some even featuring feet, seemingly designed to attract foot fetishists. Every single day, they advertise an “85% discount” as if it’s the last day to use it, which clearly isn’t true. The website itself is a nightmare—pages fail to load, checkout constantly errors out, and items show as “sold out” after being selected.To make things worse, their customer service is useless. Rather than assisting, they chose to block my account entirely. Apparently, helping a customer place an order is too much trouble for them.Then came the most absurd part: they claimed I was blocked for making “sexual comments.” This is a completely false and defamatory accusation. I never made any such remarks and asked them to provide evidence—which, of course, they couldn’t, because it doesn’t exist. Meanwhile, explicit and foot-related comments from others remain visible and unmoderated. It’s ironic and disturbing that such content is tolerated while honest customer complaints are silenced. At this point, the issue seems to lie more with them than with me.
I have a golden retriever and a German shepherd — the hair was out of control. The Indigo Pet Hair Broom picked up fur my vacuum left behind. I’m honestly shocked at how effective it is. Worth every penny.
Customer service was so friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. You can tell they really care. I’ll be shopping here again for sure.
I saw their videos on TikTok and thought it was too good to be true. Nope. This broom is AMAZING. My carpets look brand new. Highly recommend.
Recently, I encountered significant issues with Indigo Pet Co after responding to an Instagram advertisement. Regrettably, I did not conduct sufficient research prior to making a purchase, which led to an unsatisfactory experience. The company has been unresponsive to multiple email inquiries, and notably, they do not provide a customer service phone number. Attempts to engage with them via their Instagram page resulted in my comments being deleted. I never received the product I ordered; instead, I received an email containing what appeared to be a fraudulent DHL e-commerce tracking number. The website's information regarding shipping methods is inconsistent, with references to UPS on one page and USPS on another, further complicating the situation. Positive reviews of the company seem suspicious, and reputable platforms such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Sitejabber are replete with negative feedback. It is concerning that, despite numerous reports over the years, Indigo Pet Co continues to operate.They should be ashamed of themselves.
This product does not work in my front loading washer.ALWAYS ALWAYS CHECK RATINGS BEFORE YOU BUY.I broke my own rule. Am out money and still have cat hair !!!
I recently purchased the led glow collar for my dog. While the concept is great, and the collar is bright and visible in the dark, I found a few issues. The material feels a bit less durable than i expected, and the battery life doesn't last as long as advertised. Its a decent product for short term use, but i was hoping for something more reliable for everyday wear. Still, it's helpful for evening walks if you're okay with recharging it frequently.
I have 2 cats. This didn't pick up any pet hair at all. In fact it smeared it around on my area rug. I tried it before vacuuming so there was plenty of pet hair down. I reached out to the company and she said to wet the broom a little. I showed her the before and after photos in text and she replied "well, thats great, it picked up some". Doesn't come with a money back return policy. Buyer beware!! Do not purchase this product. I tried to leave a review many times on the website but it doesn't show. It only shows the 5 star reviews. Sorry, not even the best product gets 5 stars all the time. Do not buy!!!

I submitted my order Dec 28th 2024. Received notice that a shipping label was created. Then it sat there, I emailed them asking about where it was. No reply. I understand it may take some time but no response from their customer service email or delay notice is absurd. Filed a dispute on my credit card because I didn't believe it was going to arrive. Then Jan 10th 2025 it magically updates that it's on the move. It's Jan 14th and arrived. Now holding the products, I don't think the quality is very good; the website seems to be perpetually on sale. In the time it took to arrive, I already bought something else. I'm emailing again because that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait and with no update, I have no need for the product anymore.Update: Indigopetco has replied to reach out to their support and no surprise there was no response. I'm noticing they ignore you if you have any issues. Don't deal with such a scammy business and low quality products that only just opened a Trustpilot account this year. Filing a BBB complaint. Update 2: Erika Lee reached out and started to process my refund. They sent me an address to return the items. Items were sent 18 Jan and refund has been processed/posted on my end.
I ordered three suction cup toys, and my Pitbulls are obsessed with them! They stay happily entertained throughout the day, which gives me peace of mind while I'm at work. Absolutely worth it!
I ordered the pet hair sweeper and it is TOTALLY useless. Picked just a few hairs and nothing at all like the mountain of hair it picked up in the ads for this worthless piece of crap. The worst thing is that the company doesn’t stand behind its products and offers no refunds unless it is damaged in transit. I say it’s damaged as soon as it comes off the production line. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy wasting money
I’m in love with the personalized pet gifts! They’re so unique, beautifully made, and brought smiles to everyone I gifted them to. The practical items like hair removal tools are equally impressive—they’re super effective! Shopping was a breeze, and the quick delivery made it even better. A fantastic experience from start to finish!
Only given 1 star as there isn’t a 0 star option. Took my money, didn’t ship the order. No response to emails chasing and now I’m getting a bounce back and their web page isn’t live!!!! £20 out of pocket and no goods!
Absolute garbage products, not even functional. Took forever to ship and wouldn't allow returns. They aggressively target anyone who posts negative comments on Instagram, but don't respond to customer complaints.
