Coaching from Immanuel Williams was a great experience. It helped me see myself differently and truly changed my mindset. I took growth mindset and communication classes. Please note that this communication course is not about English speaking- It focuses on giving constructive feedback to help you identify areas for improvement and grow. I used to doubt my communication skills, but I realized it was never about English—it was about self-doubt. Once I overcame those doubts, everything started to change. I am very happy to have chosen Immanuel Williams as my coach. His programs are unique in the sense that they are more mentee driven than being prescriptive. The mentors take time to discover and observe personal challenges and work with you to help overcome or atleast manage them. This course is self paced and allowed me to take a step back and focus on self awareness. Self awareness is key to solving most of our problems.
