Purchased a diamond tennis bracelet Dec 2020. I called and spoke to a rep, Jonna, who was easy to work with and experienced. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me land on a size of diamond, setting, and quality of stones, for a price in my range. The bracelet arrived earlier than expected, and it is extremely sparkly and beautiful. It is exactly what I wanted. Have to admit, I had a moment of panic that I had ordered a diamond bracelet sight unseen, but it really worked out. My husband even said, 'that bracelet really sparkles, it is almost distracting'. I recently went to I.D. Jewelry in the NYC diamond district to help my brother pick out the perfect engagement ring for his girlfriend. (I was going to be in NYC for other reasons and added a stop in the district to my itinerary). After getting educated on diamonds my brother pre-screened loose diamonds on their site to finally end up with about 5 candidates for the center stone, and the two sides stones were narrowed down to about 8. My brother emailed I.D. Jewelry and Yekutiel replied back that the stones would be ready for inspection upon my arrival. I visited their store on 47th Street (the diamond district). I was well received by Yekutiel and his staff. Prior to my arrival, Yekutiel screened the diamonds himself to setup an order for looking at them. We started with the center stone, the first stone we looked at (which was one of my brother's top three) under the loupe looked great. According to the lab report it was a SI1 clarity stone, and the only thing seen under the loupe (and on the lab report) was a feather in the crown facets. (Had it put under a prong). Everything else was totally clean, table perfect, no carbon, no clouds, nothing. I looked at the stone through the pavilion, also nothing. The stone was graded with an F color, and Yekutiel put it on white paper and I couldn't see any hint of yellow, as expected. Yekutiel weighed the stone to verify carat weight. Last thing we looked at was the cut quality. By the dimensions on the lab report, I already knew it was it was an ideal cut. At my request, Yekutiel brought out an Idealscope and Hearts and Arrows viewer to look at the stone, very impressive. Finally we looked at the stone under normal lighting conditions, it really sparkled with fire, brilliance, and scintillation. At this point, I didn't bother looking at the four other center stones; we scored a home-run, first time at the plate. I called my brother relayed the information, gave my recommendation and he told me to choose it. The process for the two smaller diamond went the same way. (Both are F color, SI-1, identical carat weight, excellent cuts). After talking to my brother, he now had selected three fantastic diamonds. My brother wanted an 18k white gold 3-stone trellis setting and we found the perfect one. Yekutiel wrote everything up, gave my brother a competitive price and my brother bought the stones and the setting. I took the stones and a copy of the lab reports to verify them with an appraiser . The appraiser verified that everything matched the reports and was really impressed with the quality of the stones. I came back with the stones, Yekutiel checked the stones one last time and had one of the other staff members take me to the workshop where the diamonds were finally set, and the ring polished one more time. Afterward, Yekutiel checked the finished ring one last time, sizing and all, steam cleaned it, and put it into a beautiful presentation box. The last bit of paperwork was completed and acting as an agent for my brother, I left I.D. Jewelry extremely satisfied. As you can probably tell, I got into the nitty gritty and came out very satisfied, you do not need to this, I'm an engineer, go figure. One last visit to the appraiser to fully appraise the completed ring and then it was all done. Yekutiel Davidov is a consummate professional, and I was glad to have met and worked with him, his wife Tami, his father Israel, his cousin Robert and all the other staff at I.D. Jewelry. They were very quick to answer our phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and a total pleasure to work with. I highly recommend I.D. Jewelry and look forward to doing business with them in the future... for myself!
I went with my daughter to buy diamond jewellery and I found the service very professional and comfortable. Plenty of time to choose the jewellery and helpful advice from Jade - no pressure selling! My ring was ready for collection the very next day as was my daughter's necklace. Lovely pieces and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend ID Jewellery.
Is the second jewel that I buy at this company. The first jewel was a pair of pearl and diamond earrings and now I just bought a beautiful emerald and diamond ring. Their products have great quality and their customer service is just the best. The salesperson is very thoughtful and have a great knowledge of the products. I think Julia is the name of the person that served me. I definitely recommend this store to anyone that is interested to buy quality products at a good price.

I dealt with many jewelers trying to find the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend. So many were just salesmen, who barely listened to my needs, and often went over my budget. I came to ID Jewelry looking for a good quality clean princess cut diamond in a pave setting, under $7500 for the stone. They found me a great diamond, and with the setting came in under my budget for just the diamond alone! I even continued looking through settings and found one that I loved, which turned out to be less expensive than the original one I picked. They are not trying to upsell for commission, they just want to help you get what you are looking for. They are very honest and upfront and will show you the price they pay for the diamond, so you know you are not getting ripped off. I visited them at their old location on ground level of the diamond district, and also in their new office on the 3rd floor. The new office is small, but it is much quieter and nice. My now fiance loves her ring and we could not be happier! Thank you!
Shulamit and Yukatiel are so easy to work with! I enjoyed meeting them in their store and loved my stacking ring so much that I ordered two more when I get back home. All of my questions were answered immediately, and my rings were delivered exactly on time and are absolutely gorgeous. I came to ID jewelry after foolishly going to another jewelery store in the diamond district that I saw on yelp that was closed without any notification. I left work to come jewelry shopping so I didnt want to go back without accomplishing anything so I went on yelp and decided to give ID a shot. I received a piece of jewelery from a large chain store that will rename nameless, after further inspection of the jewelry I realized that it was not going to work. I went to ID jewelry and basically told them I wanted the same style but bigger and better. I worked with Yukitiel, he asked me my budget, I was scared to say it because I thought in such a nice jewelry store I would not get anythign with that price. He showed me a bunch of settings and everytime I asked about price he told me not to worry about it. When looking at stones he didn't try to pressure me to get bigger more expensive stones, I actually had to nudge him to give me something bigger LOL, but I understand because he was thinking solely about quality. I ended up spending 1/3 less than what was paid for the original piece of jewelry, except ID had a better cut, clarity and color. Everyone here is so nice and do not make you feel pressured. My jewelry was ready before the expected time and he even gave it to me with the appraisal and some free jewelry cleaner. I will be back for some complimenting pieces, Yukitiel is hilarious and a genuinely honest person, I met his wife and I believe his dad who were both very nice. Over all, a great place to buy jewelry!
My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at ID Jewelry by recommendation from a good friend. The ring is beautiful- no offense to him but he honestly must have had help from the staff there. We went back to order our wedding bands and Jade (one of the employees) helped us get custom designed bands to match perfectly with my engagement ring and at such a great price. I'll be going back (or at least my fiancé will) for many years!

In a jewelry district filled with jewelers looking to make a sale, Yekutiel stands out as honest, straightforward, patient, and reliable. Like a dentist, once you find a jeweler that you can really trust, you should stick with him or her! This is particularly true for me as I am an informed and rather difficult consumer who researches all my significant purchases and can be pretty tough with sales people. Meeting Yekutiel and discussing my objectives, it was clear that he and his father were steeped in knowledge and experience with fine diamonds. Yekutiel first helped me find the perfect stone for an engagement ring. The circumstances there were particularly challenging, because I was pressed for time before a planned vacation. Yekutiel, however, came through in the clutch, and even was able to reset the stone when I had second thoughts about the setting. With that experience, it was clear that the customer always came first. I next looked to Yekutiel to help find stones for a "push" present. We found a perfect pair and built some beautiful earrings for my wife. My wife has been thrilled with all her jewelry. I am also confident that both of my purchases from ID Jewelry were at fair and competitive prices, and the service I received was second to none.
