Great customer and warranty service
My initial purchase of 75w high par led light start having fan issue in a month of purchase. Hygger customer service took care of it fast even though is was Chinese new year. Took a point off for the light quality but will purchase again based on the experience.

Perfect customer service

The process was so easy
The process was so easy! I was having an issue with my pump not functioning the same which lead to a problem in my tank. I lost all my fishes, which I had a whole bunch BUT anyways, I reached out to see if I had a warranty and I did. Within days I had a new pump and it was best experience. I highly recommend their products and will continue being a customer from here on.

Had an issue with an air pump AC cord. Contacted customer service, once I provided answers to a couple questions the issue was resolved very easily and quickly. Absolutely fantastic customer service, thanks Ginger!

I’ve been using their products for both…
I’ve been using their products for both my fresh water and salt water tanks for a while now, and they’ve never let me down. I’m also sponsored by them, but that doesn’t change the fact that their gear genuinely performs. Their customer service is outstanding—any time I’ve run into an issue, they’ve taken care of it quickly and professionally. Overall, they’ve been a reliable part of my aquarium setups, and I’m happy to stand behind their products. I have been using them long before I was sponsored by them. They have a long track record of being some of the best affordable reef/fresh water products on the market.

Hygger Cares
Hygger seems to really be a company that cares for their customers. I had a small problem with a part from the Gravel Cleaner recently. I emailed and Ginger treated me fairly and quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement part. I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone interested. Hygger's Customer Service (especially Ginger) is wonderful and should be giving lessons to other companies.

I had an issue with the power cable…

Unmatched customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong light when I meant to order the Hygger HG957I emailed Hygger customer service, told them what it happened, and they immediately found my order and switched it out for the light that I wantedNot to mention this hygger 957 led is an absolute BEAST

Heater died, got replaced very quickly
I had to start a support case for a heater that started dying on me and after sending an email + sending a video of it's behaviour I got a replacement unit sent to my home address within days. Excellent support!

Hygger submersible lights are A+
Our Aqueon lights went out and were non replaceable. Hygger saved the day with there submersible lights for our 55 gallon tank. I bought one for each side of hood. The different color settings and auto dusk to dawn were a big selling point for me. I would of loved to show a picture. Trust me they look great!

Great customer service!
My Hygger UV light malfunctioned after 2 months. I was disappointed that it lasted such a short amount of time, but Hygger support responded immediately (within hours) of my initial inquiry, and after asking for a video showing the malfunction, shipped out a new device to me within 48 hours. I would purchase from this Company again knowing it has an excellent customer service.
