Much needed relief with FMLA
My intake with Dr Sartin went well and it was necessary, I was able to get my forms filled out for continous leave due. Was able to get quick responses with questions through the portal and get needed prescriptions.

I was in a dire mental state when I recognised the necessity of taking time off work to recuperate. My local healthcare system is overwhelmed, and obtaining an appointment takes months; I would still be risking the chance of encountering a provider who comprehends my concerns and endorses my need for leave.HealthSource Medical alleviated all of my frustrations and the anxiety I experienced due to what appeared to be a hopeless situation. I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Sally Sartin, who was attentive and compassionate towards my needs. She validated my FMLA/STD documentation, resulting in approval for both. This has significantly alleviated my burden and enhanced my mental well-being throughout the process.I have not yet requested recertifications or updates for my STD claim, but I am confident that she will adequately address any needs I may have, potentially involving a minor follow-up appointment fee. I can confirm that this service is entirely legitimate. My sole recommendation is to endeavour to minimise their discomfort as they do yours. Be meticulous in responding to intake enquiries regarding your condition(s), including a comprehensive enumeration of symptoms and their severity, as well as the impact on your job performance, among other factors. If you register a payment method, anticipate automatic charges for the outstanding service cost following your appointment.

My primary care physician approved my disability leave but was slow to complete the required paperwork, and when it was completed, it lacked sufficient detail. As a result, I sought assistance from Dr. Sartin, who provided immediate and invaluable support. Dr. Sartin and his team are highly knowledgeable about the specific terminology and documentation required for claims approval.Dr. Sartin has assisted me with my Short-Term Disability paperwork, FMLA, ADA accommodations, and Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave. Without the support of Dr. Sartin and his team, I would likely have given up. I cannot adequately express how beneficial this service has been for me. In addition to their expertise, their understanding and personable approach made an incredibly difficult process much more manageable. I am deeply grateful for this service.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Sartin for the care and support he provided during a very stressful time. I came to him later than I should have after realizing I needed more comprehensive documentation to support my medical leave. Despite the short timeline, he was thorough, professional, and incredibly responsive, providing detailed documentation with a fast turnaround.What I appreciated most was his calm, nonjudgmental approach. He helped me address the situation without making it feel overwhelming, even though the timing was entirely my own oversight. In addition, he took the time to properly evaluate my ongoing depression and anxiety and prescribed medication to support my treatment.I highly recommend HealthSource and Dr. Sartin. I only wish I had found their practice sooner.

I had a custom note with Dr. Sally Sartin for my work and the call had a glitch. Naturally, I had a bit of meltdown due to stress from other issues going on. Out of the kindness of her heart, agreed to meet with me the following day even though her next available appointment was well into the new year. My meltdown faded away and it was just an absolutely wonderful experience. I felt very thankful and relieved. The staff in setting this meet also was very kind and understanding. Doing everything to accommodate me. I appreciate this and it was something I need to make note of. Above and beyond. Thank you.

Greatest Health experience ever
What an amazing practice. Dr. Aaron Sartin is amazing as well as his team. The communication is fantastic, the best service I’ve ever gotten. And one of the best experiences I’ve ever had medically. Dr Sartin and his team have been the biggest blessing I received this year.

Dr. Sartin might just be an angel.
A little over a month ago, I fell and severely injured my back. After weeks of getting the run around and 0 returned calls from my PCP, I tried this FMLA service, and within minutes my situation was handled. Dr. Sartin is the best. I recommend this service to anyone who needs fmla.

Follow up review
I've wrote a review before, but I feel the need to follow up and reaffirm that these people are wonderful. I would have lost my job due to sudden mental health issues I was facing, but the Sartin's have been nothing short of a miracle for me. I don't know what I would have done, or where I'd be without them.

Fast, informative, and very kind
My experience was great with Dr. Sartin. He went above and beyond to help me with my FMLA+short term disability needs and not only that but was informative with giving info to help me out with other things I am going through. He actually is better than any other Dr I have met/seen via telehealth and I will continue to see him. I wish he was my PCP in person.

I’m facing a crisis in my life that I have never experienced and Dr. Sartin and the team have been an absolute lifeline, and God sent. Cannot express how grateful my family and I are for their services. The process was extremely simple with very quick responses. The flat rate to get everything done makes all the difference. They are kind and compassionate with a deep understanding of what we were going through.
