It a no for me, customer service non existent.
Ordered 2 bikes in November. (for Christmas gifts) 1 for son, 1 for nephew. 1 showed up damaged. Emailed and called "we are sending all damaged parts". We have received nothing. The other one has had battery issues (1 yr battery warranty shows on the listing) from the start, I have emailed multiple times, called countless. "mailbox full" and no return email. We even bought the extra warranty. Customer service is proving to be trash. Our kids actually love the bikes but this situation is super frustrating. We are in the process of trying to figure out if anything can be done legally to rectify the situation. So far, we do not reccomend buying from Hover Hearts. Hopefully I can come back and update/edit this review but as of right now, this is our experience.

This white dirt bike looks so clean — seriously spotless. When it’s next to a bunch of black bikes, it just stands out in the best way. Has that crisp, fresh look that gets attention right away.

The Yellow One Looks Sooo Good
Picked the yellow MB001 because that’s the one my daughter liked — and honestly, it looks amazing. Even just sitting in the garage, it doesn’t feel like a toy at all. I’ve even taken it for a spin around the backyard a few times. The seat’s surprisingly comfortable too.
