HOTFLIGHTDEALS/CHEAPFLIGHT SERVICE ARE SCAMS!!!
I BOOKED IN DECEMBER AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T CHOOSE MY SEATS UNTIL LATE FEBRUARY. I'VE TRIED MANY TIMES TO CONTACT THEM TO DO JUST THAT. FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME MY TICKETS WERE CANCELED DUE TO OVERBOOKING! WHEN I COMPLAINED STATING WE WERE LEAVING ON A CRUISE, SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE A SUPERVISOR CALL ME BACK W/IN 30 MINUTES. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM SUPERVISOR. FINALLY, AFTER 3 DAYS CALLING SHE SAID I HAD TO USE THE KLARNA APP TO BOOK SEATS WHICH DIDN'T WORK! SHE AGAIN SAID SHE WOULD CALL BACK. NEVER DID AND NOW ALL I GET IS VOICEMAIL! I'VE HAD TO CANCEL MY CRUISE AND HOTELS, WHICH THANKFULLY, I HAD INSURANCE FOR, BUT I WANT MY $400 BACK FROM HOT FLIGHT DEALS/CHEAPFLIGHTS! WHO CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH? MY CC COMPANY SAYS IT IS PAST THE 60 DISPUTE TIMEFRAME, WHICH I'M SURE THESE COMPANIES KNOW ABOUT! I AM SO ANGRY WITH THESE SCAMMERS FROM INDIA!

Lesson learned
Was told everything was confirmed and tickets were sent but thank goodness I thought to check because 3 days before we were supposed to fly out it said my booking was cancelled. I called and left messages, sent emails so I could figure it out and hopefully book my flight to get Miami for a cruise and absolutely no response. I sat on hold and left 4 urgent messages and nobody called me back. Last time I ever use cheap flights! I learned my lesson!!

Talked to a very smooth agent Damon Young ext 102 in Nov. Money taken for tickets from account on Nov 19th. 2 tickets. January 22 i get an email saying southwest flight was full and tickets were canceled. With refund in 5 tov7 days. My flight was the 29th. No refund was ever given to this point. Feb 8th. Check closely before booking with these guys. It just may be a scam!!!

This site is an absolute scam I got scammed and had to buy new tickets the day of my flight for almost 1200 dollars as my tickets were refunded to these lockers I I had no idea.

Cheapflights is a SCAM
They booked under the wrong name. Then eventually they said it was in the right name but I had NO tickets and they still have not returned my money. I am beyond annoyed. Do not use Cheapflights. It is a complete SCAM

HotFlightDeals made me lost $1600
It’s the same issue this company hasn’t responded to me yet, they haven’t solved it either. It seems they just ignored it and want to let it get over. But I lost over $1600 (see my previous review) and whom should I talk to about this? It’s almost a year, and they should take it seriously!

No flight tickets at the airport
Cheap Flight Service No flight tickets at the airport! I had a confirmation # and official looking flight booking itinerary but there are not any tickets purchased per United Airlines for me and the confirmation # was not valid. I called the customer Service # and it was unavailable for 24 hrs and no answer after that!. I have called and emailed multiple times but have not received a response or a return call. No help, no response. No refund either as you can not cancel. This company is a SCAM!!!

These people lied on December 23 i had a flight for my bf and when my bf got to the airport the tickets didn’t exist so my bf was stranded for a while then i had to buy new tickets and spend $500 i had called and asked for a refund they said they would call they haven’t called me back. Give me my money back. that’s all i ask.
