Very professional from start to finish. Sales rep Nancie Brooks was very patient and accommodating and the installer (I forget his name, my bad) was very professional, nice and cleaned up after himself. Very good experience.

We got several quotes to rip up existing flooring and replace with wood. Carpet 1 was the only place we could find high quality wood products, produced in N America, and using non-VOC treatments. The work was completed to a high standard and with no surprises in the final bill, as the estimate was highly detailed. The installers were very professional and considerate of our needs for a very big job. We'd definitely look to them again for future projects.
Carpet One saved us when we felt we were getting the run around from a big box store. Their personal attention was fantastic. Nancie helped us find the right carpet for 3 different rooms, each with different sub floors. One of the carpets was a remnant they had in the store. Not only was is beautiful but it saved us money too. Thank you to Nancie and Carpet One for bringing pleasure back to the experience of improving our home.
Hopkins Carpet One is a quality business, where everyone involved is so professional and helpful. The minute you walk into the store, you know you'll be treated right and charged fairly. Nancie has a great eye for color and helped me immensely in picking out flooring. She also stayed in touch while she coordinated with the installer. I'm so glad I found this company!

Thank you Mark for a great carpet installation on a custom staircase. Each step was a slightly differently width in our 1928 house with additional cutouts in the hallway. Casondra was very helpful with the selection process through completion. I highly recommend the team for a job well done!
Hopkins Carpet One has been great to work with on every level. I had visited 2 other larger carpet companies and almost signed on the dotted line to work with one of them and it just did not feel right, I then searched out Hopkins Carpet One and I am so glad I did! They have given excellent service from the time I walked into their store. Nancie has been great with helping me find the 3 different carpets for different areas of our home, and spot on with communications and scheduling. The owner actually came out to do the measuring/estimate, very knowledgeable and helpful with some problem areas of removing tile etc. The installers were very efficient and professional, our carpet looks great! I would highly recommend Hopkins Carpet One!

They do not honor warranty issues. You will waste months of your time only to be shown the door. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Installation was completed per our agreement and the installer cleaned up well afterwards. Very pleased!
Installers were great . Dan Tillman was excellent when he returned calls, which was slow and spotty. Thus 3 not 5 stars
We were totally satisfied with our experience buying and having our carpet installed by Hopkins Carpet One. Our installation was tricky in a few places, but the installers knew how to handle each situation, and the results are terrific.

I just recarpetted my home for the second time in 10 years. Dan,the owner could not be more knowledgeable or more customer service oriented.He has an eye for color and knows all the high end carpet mills and all the other mills that produce the same rugs for less money. He is your go to for carpet.

I have used Hopkins Carpet One 3 times now over the past 15 years. They always do such a great job. This time we had almost went to "Big Box Store". "Big Box Store" was having a sale, so we thought we would try them out. But the install time was going to be 4-6 weeks out. For the record - I love my big box store. Shop there almost every week. But I did not want to wait for carpet. I then went to Hopkins Carpet One and got a better carpet, same pad and with no "special sale" paid the same price with an install of just over a week. The guy who gave me my quote was the same guy who came to measure. So long story short. Sometimes with the big box stores you think you are saving money. But what I have learned over the years is give the small business a chance. The customer service is great and service is quick. Thank you carpet one. Once again I am not disappointed!
