Accutane journey off to a great start thanks to Honeydew!!
I have had a great experience with Honeydew so far! I am about 1 month into Accutane treatment after struggling with acne for 15 years, my provider was so validating during our initial video call. My care coordinator has been so helpful and extremely responsive, making the process as easy and clear as possible. I like how the dashboard has a “To Do List” for you to know exactly what steps you need to take. Overall I’m very happy with my experience and my skin is already starting to clear up!

Wonderful experience so far!
We have just started our journey with Honeydew and I am so thankful and impressed with the process so far. My son is starting his second round of Accutane. We did the first round with an in person dermatologist who would not microdose and stopped him as soon as he met his accumulated dose, even though he had just cleared up, leading me to believe he needed to be on it longer. Knowing he did great on Accutane his first round, I had no hesitation starting him on another round. But he didn't want to do it again, due to the monthly doctor and lab appointments. Honeydew has been perfect for us. It is easier to reach our care coordinator, Katie L., with questions than it was with our in person doctor and their staff. We did our lab work and received the meds in the mail within days. I have no reason to believe the rest of the process will not be the same.

My experience: Not Easy, Not Convenient.
I have had prior Accutane treatment to great benefit. So I tried this on-line service rather that drive 50 miles to my dermatologist. I believed the "Easy, Convenient" promises in the Honeydew marketing materials. Unfortunately, my actual experience was not convenient. The lab results were misplaced, and the care coordinators simply assigned it to me to resolve this. The app twice requested I complete the iPledge requirement which I gladly did. Then the care coordinator assigned it to me to resolve the problem with the prescribing physician that resulted. Not easy, Not convenient. I am attempting to cancel, which the organization is resisting, and will likely refuse to do so. I will simply return to the excellent service I received at my prior dermatologist, although they are 50 miles away.

First Real Relief After 10 Years of Severe Eczema

I just finished a 12 month Accutane regiment and the results have been great. I struggled with acne for about 9 years and tried every treatment possible before finding Honeydew. My care team walked me through everything and were incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns that I had. The price was reasonable and my results are better than expected.

Money factory that doesn't care about the patient.
When I questioned the recommended treatment plan. Because our son was having issues, there was no discussion, simply treatment ended and told to go find a local dermatologist. These people only want your money and do not care about the patient. Don't waste your time.Reply to Connor: when there is no discussion and then simply cutting off the patient, that is not providing "care", that is simply collecting money for a single canned option and kicking out everyone else. Please don't insult the public by saying you all are providing any medical care. You are not. You are acting like a medicine vending machine.

Life changing experience with honeydew
Ever since I was 13, I had extremely bad acne to the point of disfigurement. At 18, I finally decided that enough was enough and to take Accutane. My mom found Honeydew, and it’s honestly been a saving grace. Their licensed dermatologists have prescribed me, Accutane and only require online follow up visits to keep prescribing me, which is great because I’m a busy college student. Overall, this service and their prescriptions have been life-changing, and I’m only just starting to see the benefits. I would highly recommend anyone with severe acne to consider trying Honeydew.

The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive this entire process. The assigned MD was empathetic to my struggles and designed my custom skincare/medication regimen. They sent files to fill out for convenience and even set up geographical locations for bloodwork. The entire process took maybe about 2 weeks to complete instead of waiting months to see an in person dermatologist! I’d recommend this to anyone struggling with acne!

I am SO glad that I found Honeydew Care. I have struggled with my skin for years and have probably spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on skincare with little to no success. When I decided I wanted to start Accutane, I was nervous about the time commitment, especially as a full-time college student balancing work.However, my provider was incredibly compassionate and took the time to thoroughly educate me on all of the requirements, as well as how convenient the process would be through Honeydew. I was able to message my provider and care team 24/7 and fill my prescriptions without ever needing to leave my computer.There were unfortunately a few instances of miscommunication that delayed my prescription by a couple of weeks. Even during those moments, though, the care team handled the situation as best as possible and never left me in the dark.Overall, my skin is the best it has ever looked, and I am so grateful I found this company.

They were the first to get me off month's of antibiotics prescribed almost yearly by another dermatologist and offer something better.They started Me on Accutane. The process was great as they keep me informed and helped when needed along the way.I have finished my treatment and finally have clear skin 😊 And even though that part is over, they still are with me, helping me keep my skin this way.If you need help like I did, you can't go wrong using them. AFFORDABLE & TRUSTWORTHY
I have Medicaid, so getting in to see an in person derm would have taken 9 months! Insane! I was able to see a provider with Honeydew the next day. She and my care coordinator worked together with me to find an affordable treatment plan, even though I had to pay out of pocket for my prescriptions. I love Jennifer Barham, my provider. She is very attentive and helpful. I also love that my mother was able to be treated for her psoriasis through Honeydew, and my daughter as well! Truly a great thing for all ages!

I am very happy that I chose Honeydew for my skin care journey. The set up with meeting with your provider in the beginning was something I’ve never experienced before and it was very helpful. Even though everything is over the phone that interaction made it feel personal and helpful with moving forward in my skincare journey. As someone who loves efficiency, the way Honeydew is set up makes my life so much easier, since they are quick in responding and consultations are all online which saves me so much time! And it’s quite easy. The care team and my provider are very helpful and so nice, I feel so comfortable all the time!
