I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone or a response over the weekend. However, due to the busy period and with it being an independent business, they do deserve a day off over the weekend. I also understand that it is a busy time of year and alot to manage. I received the items that I ordered within the given time frame via Parcelforce 48 and also received an email from Michael with an explanation. Made an internet order on Sept 10th, didn't receive it. Sent them an e-mail on the 15th, they didn't reply. When I 'phoned them was told it was shipped on the 11th. By 3rd of October still not received anything, not only that but my order did not appear on my order history with them, so I'm sure it wasn't sent. I sent another e-mail. Was given a cock and bull story by 'phone and e-mail on the 4th, my parcel was stuck in the Royal Mail hub. Gave me a tracking number which is not a Royal Mail tracking number, didn't end in GB. Tried adding GB but Royal Mail still didn't recognise it. I paid by debit card but bank says I can't claim chargeback as the amount is less than £100. I've had good service from them in the past but I'll never use them again. My tip - use PayPal for amounts less than £100, they will get your money back for you.Just to add my parcel did arrive today 7/12/2023, 2 months later. All comes to he who waits.

The worst supplier ever
Ordered several items from them and when the parcel arrived there was one item short. Cannot contact them as the phone just rings, they ignore e-mails. their customer service is non-existent and it would appear that when they have your money, they are no longer interested. I only gave them one star because there is nothing lower.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM !

This mob have got to be the worst hobby shop ever.Ordered 3 locks, 1 was faulty I emailed t mob twice asking advice to get a replacement, no communication, they take your money and that's the end of it, I hope to God this shambolic of a hobby company simply collapse.My work goes all over the UK...and 1 lock caused major problems for me...Absolutely useless, infact an astray on a MOTORBIKE is more useful....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM. I gave THEM THE OPTION TO DIFFUSE THIS PROBLEM, BUT NO...absolute WASTERS...TRAILER TRASH.EVERYTHING THEY SELL IS UTTER CHEAP tat FROM CHINA.....YOUR VERY WELCOME....

I'm glad the order eventually turned up after 2 weeks waiting. I chased it with 2 emails and was completely ignored. The fair prices aren't worth the hassle.

Rubbish service. Ordered items for 48 delivery and didnt turn up, nor can they tell me where they are. Cant get a refund until they are delivered, making non delivery my problem not theirs! How can a company survive in today's market operating like this? Will stick to Amazon in future
