Thank you for this opportunity. The coursework is very clear. I like the way important objectives are repeated both in written form and with verbal lessons. Everything ties together. I am on Module 7 of the Life Coach and I honestly have learned so much. I am confident that I will be a better coach with this coursework. I also want to comment on the HCI community which has been a positive and motivating part of learning the coaching objectives. I have met some great people, especially my partner for my labs. I can't say enough good things about this course and honestly the cost is very reasonable-I did my research. I am receiving so much more than any other coursework. Thank you HCI. Keep up the great work to train coaches.

Lacks Quality
As a former student of the Advanced Life/Health Coach program I found the content and experience to be severely lacking. To me this organization seems closer to a diploma mill than any other educational experience I've had. You must access not less than 3 different applications to manage content, community, and collaboration. The focus of content is surface level and in some cases self-paced activities don't even work in the system.Sales tells potential students one thing and then once enrolled the instructors or peer students advise the exact opposite. It's chaos personified.Though I finished one half of this program I have yet to start the second half due to this issue. IN asking for a refund I was immediately told no, despite being only a few days past the 7 day pre-start terms and conditions. Despite not even having access to the course materials yet. Given the number of new students I see entering the platform daily it is clear that they simply want money and student satisfaction be damned.

Great content BUT....
The content is great and very informative. The multi-media experiences with various delivery features from video to audio to straight reading kept the content and pace fresh.However, I am VERY frustrated with the Skills Application system to finding a partner. People don't seem to care nor do they follow up or follow through. They cancel and don't share the time. I HATE that my ability to success in the course is based on someone else's commitment.

Wonderful, client-focused content!
I super love:-the actual content of the material in the life coach program. I love the emphasis on the importance of the client and focusing on how to give them the best experience possible -the format of the modules with reading, listening, and watching videos. This hits all learning styles.-the supportive community of people within the heart warriors. -Practicing skills with lab partners is wonderful. Scary at first but now I look forward to it because I get to meet new people and help them with real life issues.Opportunities for improvement:-Whay can’t I log in directly to Brightspace? I saved my original welcome email on my desktop and I use it every time to access Brightspace. Something is clearly broken.-I feel confused on the different avenues people are using to get to the module content. I use modules and others use pillars or something like that. What is that about?-Recording skills lab lessons doesn’t work for me within HCI. I have to record using Teams or Zoom. Figuring that out took a few modules and I often relied on my partner to send me the recording after we were done practicing.

At the time of enrollment, I was told one of the perks of early enrollment, the enrollment officer (Darsher) informed me that there would be a free nutrition class i could join before actual class starts in February. I have not been got any instructions from the school regarding this

Hope for my future
I had my zoom call with Holly from the Health Institute. She was very informative and helpful. I am not able to participate right now due to finances, but I am definitely considering joining when my finances are able. She did recommend the BiblioDiet book from Dr. Axe which should help get me started in the meantime. I so appreciate the help it will be for my husband and I for our health issues right now. We have high blood sugar and other issues. Thanks to Holly.

Great Experience
Although I was iffy going into coaching I do not regret this experience as its been very enlightening and enjoyable. The coaches are wonderful and all 75+ of my classmates are so wonderful and positive; they just want to help others as I do. I really enjoy the way the curriculum is set up in Pathway as well. The Only issue I have had, is the false promise of being ready for the exam certification in March which was a driving factor to even do the class at this time for many people; so that felt a bit deceiving. Regardless of that, I do believe everything happens for a reason and everything is all in Gods timing. Pathway is great!
