Really good customer service in the Alliance store. Stuff was organized, orderly, etc. Friendly people that work there for sure. Son loves his bat grip tape. Socks to boot.

The Best. The people set this company apart. They are willing to take the time to discuss your specific needs and find the right product for you. You can't find that anywhere this day and age. Shout out to Daniel Small, but the entire staff is extremely helpful, you only have to ask.

There was an issue with billing but…
There was an issue with billing but with help and excellent customer service the issue was resolved. Responses were prompt and knowledgeable. In this age of AI it was an outstanding experience Only one issue. The bat was listed as USA approved. Due to poor pictures it was hard to see if it had the necessary logo.

I use Headbanger for all our bats. I have a son and daughter, and have bought 10+ bats. They ship the same day usually and at the house in 2 days. I have had them overnight me one at a tournament.
