Harvard Gold Group was great & very helpful
I’ll admit—I was new to the silver market. After doing my research, I felt confident taking the next step. I was so fortunate to work with Jody, who made the entire experience easy and comfortable from start to finish. She patiently explained everything, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared that I understood the process. From the very beginning, I felt more like a friend than just a customer. Awesome experience purchasing gold
Acquiring precious metals from Harvard Gold Group was the best such experience we have ever had. And, we have had many such acquisitions spanning many years. Even though our purchases were not massive, we were treated like royalty the entire time. We were not just a number but felt like we were real people and that we mattered. HGG's knowledge of the market was impressive. We worked with Jody who was professional in all aspects of the transactions. For our own reasons, we processed our purchase as two different transactions and there were two different parties involved. She took that extra wrinkle in stride and carefully tracked every part of each transaction. Jody guided us through every aspect of the deal from deciding what to purchase to ensuring that we did actually receive just what we wanted. Everything proceeded flawlessly. I would have liked to have found this dealer much sooner in life. I can recommend Harvard Gold Group and Jody, in particular, to others looking to add some precious metals to their portfolio. She also advises you not to use funds that you need to use for living expenses if you’re retired or will soon be retired. Excellent experience. Very professional. Jody spent a generous amount of time explaining all my options. Requested printed information, which I received immediately. Made decision to purchase. Jody never pushed the sale. Guided me through the banking process. Made sure I understood all the ins and outs. Once the purchase was confirmed, I received a delivery ETA and tracking. She also reconfirmed the delivery address. The purchase arrived on time and in good condition. Jody followed up the next day to confirm receipt. I will be making additional purchases in the future and highly recommend Harvard Gold.

My experience with Harvard Gold…
My experience with Jody @ Harvard Gold Group was very reassuring that good honest business people do still exist. She took quite a bit of time, over several long distance phone calls, to explain and reinforce everything I needed to know about buying gold, both in an IRA as well as Direct Delivery. She walked us through both processes to make sure my wife and elderly mother were comfortable with both of the decisions. She was very patient and professional. Very informative - no annoying repeated calls

Precious Metals with the Personal Touch
I was absolutely unfamiliar with the process of buying gold. I heard that a retirement portfolio should be diversified, perhaps with precious metals, but other than that I knew little more than nothing. I didn't even think I had a "portfolio"--I had (and still have) an IRA--a Flexible Premium Variable Annuity. I did a bit of investigating. For some reason I was drawn (through the Babylon Bee!) to investigate the Harvard Gold Group--and I'm so glad that I did! I requested information and was quickly contacted by Jody Davis, Co-Founder & Managing Partner.
