Jim is the man
Jim is the man! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had with no hesitation and really is an expert in his field… and I did ask a lot of questions and he didn’t mind at all. He found the perfect solution for me and understood my needs and took care of them. I enjoyed our conversation and he was very nice.

Cancelling shouldn't require a phone call if the order didn't
The ordering and shipping process was fine. My issue is with the cancellation process. I placed this order 100% online, but could not cancel the order online. I had to place a phone call in order to cancel the subscription. I had to then convince the customer service agent that I no longer needed the subscription. This is not a business practice that should exist in 2026.

Fast lasting results!
I’ve struggled with dandruff and an itchy scalp for a very long time. I’ve tried many drug store options and homemade stuff but it never really stuck. I’m so happy with my experience with Happy Head and to have almost a completely clear scalp in just 2-3 weeks!

Very responsive, helpful and easy experience. I've just upgraded my prescription to a more advanced formula and the process was seemless. The original formula gave me outstanding results, my friends don't believe it and are convinced I've had a transplant. I'm hoping the advanced formula will be even better. Thank you Happy Head!!

LIFE CHANGING results

Not worth the hassle……
I used this product for one month, and it irritated my scalp so badly that I eventually developed scabs; my hair became dry and brittle, and I would shed tiny pieces. I tried to cancel my subscription, but, like so many others, it's nearly impossible to do so. So I put the subscription on hold. This was twoweeks ago and they're still trying to take money out of my account. Thankfully, I used my bank card linked to my account for subscriptions, so the money never stays on that card. I keep getting text alerts that Happy Head keeps trying to charge me. It's 2026. No, we don't want to talk to customer service; we want to cancel the subscription. Please stop calling and stop charging my card. I placed my subscription on a 3-month hold until I could FINALLY SPEAK to someone about canceling. Why are you still trying to charge my card!!! Needless to say, I ended up just going to the dermatologist yesterday. It was much cheaper than Happy Head, including my co-pay. I received a 3-month supply of the pill formand only paid $10. I thought doing Happy Head would be more convenient, but it was nothing but a headache for me and my wallet.
