I love the plant based tofu litter
I love the plant based tofu litter. My baby boy came from using Pretty Litter and I liked it because it would track his health through his urine but, I found out crystal litter is bad for him and it was causing him asthma so I did my research and found the absolute game changer. I love the smell of tofu litter. The coffee beans do a great job at masking the scent. Hands down best litter. I am in love and I know he is so happy too. I love the clumping and how fast the delivery process is. The prices are great and I know that I found his go to litter. Couldn’t be more grateful 100/10

Blind Box not worth purchasing
I probably would give this four stars, but I ordered a Blind Box, which had pictures of really nice potential products ..... only to get a cheap one that I would not have bought. So, if you suspect that the company is just using this as a way to dump products that ppl don't want, you're correct. Boo. The cat tree I ordered was super cute and looked just like the picture. It's ok in design. It should be heavier on the bottom, and I'll need to add a support or two myself in wobbly places. The instructions are barely useful, with only vague pictures. Making these larger, and adding more details would add roughly 5 cents to the cost. I've been assembling cat tree's for years, but most ppl haven't. Overall, the tree is cute as pictured but just ok quality and stability. The Blind Box is disappointing.

The cat tree was so pretty and vibrant! My cat loves it!Only complaint I have is that the package came torn opened on one side, cat tree was not damaged though.

Love the tree, hope my kitties do too
I cat sat for someone who had this cat tree and fell in love with it. My cats are warming up to it slowly… they liked the ‘carpeted’ one they had prior to this but I did catch the 1 yr old lounging in the sling bed so… I’m hoping they’ll use it as much as they used their old one. Fingers crossed!

Cute but did not last long enough
This cat tree was very cute and was good for a couple weeks, but the top part of the tulip cat tree broke and the screws stripped out of it and cannot be fixed. Would not recommend solely based on price for what you get.

The tofu litter is so WORTH IT
I have 3 cats, all are extremely picky in their own ways. I have tried EVERY non clay litter on the market and haven’t found anything close to how awesome the tofu litter is. I use to spend $100 every month for litter and now i spend half that with litter still left over at the end of the month! This stuff has no dust, it clumps amazingly and my cats don’t have any fuss about it. Plus the auto order makes it so I don’t even have to think about it and I get a discount?? Who would wanna miss that!

Lightweight and low dust.
The litter is lightweight; and lower dust than clay litter. It tracks a little but easy to sweep or vacuum. the scheduled deliveries are on time and plenty of notification given that it’s coming!

I gave two different fountains and the snowman/snowball one is great! The other one is ceramic and I keep having issues with the removeable fountain power source?

Cat proof to destruction!!
Great product. My cats love this fountain and the best part is it’s soo heavy and my Persian cat cat tear it all apart and spill the water and knock it over!! 10 out of 10 worth the money.

I love the cat litter
I love the cat litter. Best on the market. I also love the reoccurring monthly subscription makes it so I don’t have to think. The email the day before being charged is extremely helpful as well because it’s very easy to skip payment if I don’t need an order at that time. Delivery is fast and efficient.

My elderly cat loves the tree
There was an issue with one of the pieces but customer service gave me several options to make it right. I was worried about tariffs and drop shipping from China, but there were no tariffs. Super happy with the cat tree and I would definitely buy again.

Will it ever come?
I ordered a cat tree in the beginning of July, it is now nearing the end of October and I still have not received it when the delivery date said July 11th. Extremely disappointing.

So, I ordered what I needed, but that being said, I ordered it as an available product. There was no indication of delay or unavailability. The listing for the product had full availability, and when I placed my order, I even received an estimated delivery date. However, as time went on, I didn’t receive any more shipping notices. No one had reached out to me about any issues. I began to worry that I had been scammed, so I emailed the company to ask why my order hadn’t shipped out yet. Finally, after a while, they responded that the product I had ordered was unavailable. They said they would order more from the supplier first and then send the orders out, but this whole process took about a whole month. The frustrating part is that I had to go to them to figure out what the issue was rather than them coming to me. And when I did go to them with an issue, they didn’t seem the slightest concerned about the lack of communication or business ship. When I also emailed them asking about if they had a spare cat bed part, they were extremely confused on how to answer. While all their products are decent, the customer service and business part of the company is really lacking.
